California dreamin' at this AMAZING vacation rental, 4 blocks from the beach...a short 5 minute walk! This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom beach home is complete with upscale chic beach furnishings, private front patio and a rooftop deck. Spend your days walking the silky sands at Strand Beach, biking along the Strand, surfing the waves, shopping in Oceanside shops, quick ride to Carlsbad Village, or enjoying LEGOLAND! You will be walking distance to bars and restaurants all just minutes away. Wherever your California travels takes you, this is the beachy escape for you!
KITCHEN – Modern kitchen appliances. Includes dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee machine, and all the cookware necessary to make a meals.
MASTER SUITE – King bed, private bathroom w/tub, walk-in closet, gas fireplace and lots of room.
BEDROOM 2 -A queen sized bed, shared jack and Jill bathroom, perfect for any couple.
LOFT – Large bedroom with 2 full sized beds, shared jack and Jill bathroom, comfortable sleeps 4 people and a fun multigame for foosball, pool, and about 8 more games!
ROOFTOP DECK- Furnished Rooftop with panoramic views!
INDOOR LIVING ROOMS: Flat-screen Smart TV, 2 gas fireplaces, dining table seating 8, chic beach furnishings, coastal décor, private washer/dryer, heat and A/C.
PARKING- Two car garage and plenty of street parking
The Beach access is a 5 minute walk, Starbucks is 3 minute walk from the front door, and bars and restaurants are only a few blocks away. You'll have easy freeway access, and an endless variety of good foods, and entertainment close by ( I have left you a list of all the top places to try). A CVS is only blocks down the street, easy to carry all of your grocery needs during your stay, but close by you'll also find the convenience of Target, Trader Joes, and Sprouts.
Getting around the area couldn't be easier; you're only a few minutes from the train station which will allow you quick and painless access to San Diego's finest without having to experience any traffic. You can easily walk to downtown Oceanside otherwise its a 5 minute Uber ride to both downtown Oceanside and Carlsbad. Close by attractions include: Sea World, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Safari Park, Carlsbad Flower Fields, Casino, Wine Country, Golf Courses, and Beaches for miles.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location—close to everything! Check-in was easy, and the house was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the essentials. Would definitely rent it again.

This house was absolutely amazing. The location was great we walked down to the beach daily. Anthony’s market was a short walk for your grocery needs, coffee and restaurants all a short walk. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Definitely appreciated all the beach chairs. This house has everything you need in a wonderful location and the host was great! We will definitely be back.
