This 5 star reviewed condo is air-conditioned and newly remodeled with a three-bedroom two-bathroom floor plan, conveniently located blocks to the beach and the longest pier in Southern California. This condo was recently updated with all new lighting, TV's, and fresh paint. Guests love the walkability of the condo which has a 90+ "Walk Score" ! A great place to go back to after a day out walking, riding, running, surfing, or just hanging at the beach. The condo is walking distance to numerous restaurants, brewpubs, every Thursday farmer's market and evening Sunset Market, Regal movie theater, and small live theaters.

We loved the vibes and the cleanliness. Everything was so easy and smooth, and the location was perfect for the beach and our other plans at nearby cities. We definitely will be booking with them again! All interactions were kind and professional.

The house was perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and also the major downtown restaurants. The extra amenities were exceptional… beach equipment, kitchen equipment and lots of options for families. Would definitely book this again.

The place was amazing and clean and wonderful. The beds were so cozy. Everything we needed was there. The host was extremely communicative and easy to get a hold of. The location was close to downtown and everything was walkable. I cannot recommend this place enough. Wow. So much better than staying in a hotel. A home away from home experience with the California charm and feel.

Perfect condo for our family stay. It was clean comfortable and well stocked with thoughtful extras. (Kids dinnerware, movies) Being able to park and walk everywhere was a huge plus. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Will definitely stay here again.
