Whether you are a military family transitioning through a PCS move, a remote executive or corporate team collaborating in North County, or an extended vacationer looking for a sun-drenched retreat, our completely remodeled beach-themed house offers the perfect blend of work, comfort, and play.
Strategically located less than 3 miles from Camp Pendleton’s front gate and just 1–2 miles from Oceanside's iconic pier, local coffee shops, and vibrant dining scene, this property provides effortless access to the best of San Diego. Fully furnished and 100% turnkey ready, this versatile haven is meticulously designed to meet the highest standards of long-term travelers. Unpack, settle in, and experience Oceanside like a local.
The kitchen is AMAZING. Lots of counter space and fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook during your stay.

- Full knife set
- Mixing bowls
- Glass storage containers
- Cooking utensils

Each room has it's own beach theme.
The first bedroom has a queen with a desk if you're wanting a workation.
The second bedroom can easily serve as kids' room with a double full bunk.
The master bedroom is tucked in the back with its own bathroom.
*No AC installed. Cools well with ceiling fans and open windows.
This is a stand alone home with guest parking for 2 cars, side by side.
There is the opportunity for parking for additional cars on the street. Be sure to get a spot before 4pm.
Even though we have a contactless set up for check in, I really enjoy hosting and want to make sure that my guests’ stays are great. I’ve got all the notifications set to be available should I be needed.
Tucked in a few blocks from the main downtown road, Coast Hwy, our home is amongst a mix of older Oceanside homes and apartments and newly renovated properties.
Located less than 2 miles from the beach, pier, and downtown restaurants, this spot is a prime location for walking.
Our home is also walking distance to the Oceanside train station.
Access to I-5 freeway is also simple and easy, for those who want to explore other parts of North County San Diego
A Note on Layout & Privacy: This home shares a driveway with a separate property located directly in front of it. However, the house is fully detached and designed to optimize your privacy, featuring its own dedicated entry, distinct living areas, and private outdoor spaces so you can fully relax.

The property was as advertised. The host was helpful and communicated often and well. Some of the indoor and outdoor furniture is worn and needs to be replaced, but I would definitely rent this home again.

This was the best place we could have hoped to stay while visiting California. Robin is such a sweet and accommodating host. Communicating with her was such a pleasure and always quick responses. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home while away from home. The house is much bigger than the photos show, which was a VERY pleasant surprise when we arrived. The house was extremely clean, which was a big thing for me! Everywhere we went was about 5-15minutes from us, with tons of food options and sites to see. Overall would HIGHLY recommend this house if you visiting near this area.

Loved our stay in Oceanside. The place was so beautiful and it had all the amenities we needed. The beds were really comfortable and great communication with the owner. My girlfriends and I had an amazing stay. I would definitely come again!
