Four bedroom house three blocks from the beach! Steps to Carlsbad Village or a walk on the board walk overlooking the ocean. Great restaurants and bars along Carlsbad Village Drive. We recently renovated and refurnished our beach house so it has all the upgraded amenities - quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and decorated in beach decor. Indoor electric fireplace, patio with outdoor grill. We have bikes and boogie boards for a little fun in the great weather and getting a little exercise. Antique shops close by an outlet mall for some great shopping deals. Quiet neighborhood has great ambiance for a relaxing vacation. Three blocks to the Coaster Train station so you can easily travel to the other beach towns including San Diego for a day trip. Central AC installed September 2019.

Excellent house with plenty of room, well equipped and comfortable. The location was ideal and we did a to. Of walking and we’re happy not to have to use our car much. Easy walk to the beach and town and hundreds of restaurants. Cute wine bar right outside of the door. We were there for an 8 week stay and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and nice grill on enclosed patio.

Property was extremely clean, bright and livable upon our arrival. Questions to owner were always answered immediately. Fabulous location a couple of blocks from village and beach. Provisions of dishes, linens, toys, bikes and much more was outstanding. Quiet atmosphere that included great patio living.

So my Family of 4 went from Arizona to Carlsbad for Spring Break. I did a lot of research and I am writing a very honest review. The house was in a perfect spot, perfect. You can walk everywhere. It is a large condo with 4 bedrooms on the top floor. The kitchen was great and everything worked perfectly in the house. My concerns were the carpet and the walls. It all needs to be re-carpeted and re-painted. We had Family come and visit for the day and honestly it was a bit much to explain the all of the stains. If you don't care about what the carpet, walls, grill (very dirty), and overall "clean" feel of the house, then stay here. It really does have location and space going for it. My only other area to improve would be the damage deposit of $250. We had to pay it up front months ago, but 24+ hours later it has yet to be put back in my account - seems like that should be sooner.
