About this villa rental
This villa is the culmination of luxury and relaxation. It is a recently refurbished villa to top specification boasting some of Malta's most spectacular sea views overlooking the blue Mediterranean extending to the islands of Comino and Gozo. With 300 square meters of spacious rooms, modern interiors, and situated in the up market area of Santa Maria Estate, this villa ticks all the right boxes to make your family holiday in sunny Malta one to remember. A 50 square meter pool and large deck area command stunning views and make the best for idyllic outdoor living. The villa is barely 100 meters away from the shoreline, and the closest sandy beach is only 1.5 kilometers away. A short driving distance to the village of Mellieha's shops and restaurants, Villa Jasmine is just down the hill from the main road, in a quiet area of this sought after location.
* The Eur100 cleaner fee applies for a weekly stay and cleaning lasts 6 hours. Should you wish to have a cleaner more often it may be arranged at a cost of Eur8.00/hour.
* 150 electrical units /week are included in the price. Additional usage is charged at Eur0.30/unit.
* There is a Eur500.00 damage deposit which will be returned at the end of the stay so long as the property is left undamaged.

Just finished an amazing stay at Villa Jasmine. The property has a lovely outside area, amazing views and all the amenities you could need. The villa was comfortable and clean, couldn't recommend more highly.

We just had the most wonderful vacation in Malta at Mario’s beautiful home! Our group of 10 adults have been friends and family for 30 years, and are all well traveled together. This villa was perfect for our group! The views are spectacular, the pool is luxurious and the home is well stocked for all of your needs. We cooked some nights and went out some nights…the location is convenient to shopping, day trips to Gozo and easy to see the sites of Malta as well. We were very pleased with the neighborhood which is close enough to the action but more peaceful, and secluded. We had a great view of fireworks each night from the pool too! Our host was incredibly responsive too! Can’t say enough good things about this villa!

Everything was good. The house was clean and very nice. The view from the pool is amazing. Mario, the host, was very kind and we enjoyed our stay!
