About this house rental
COVID-19 READY! Feel safe in this spacious villa, having stunning sea views. Located up a couple of hills in a tranquil residential area, yet not far from the popular cities.
Being a detached property, it is exceptional for families with children, because, apart from the pool deck, it's surrounding garden offers endless recreational activities.
It is within walking distance of a sand/rocky beaches, the bus stops, a couple of good restaurants/cafeterias and Malta's only Splash and Fun water park!
The villa and pool deck command open unrestricted sea views.
It's well planned layout comprises of: Entrance hall, large spacious lounge combined with dining area leading on to the sundeck / pool area, perfect for entertaining. A billiard table, table tennis and table football are also comfortably placed in this area. Guest toilet, open plan kitchen, living / TV room and breakfast area combined, which leads to the sundeck on one side and the back garden, having a canopy for dining, on the other side.
The layout of the six substantially large bedrooms is as follows:
On the same level, there are three bedrooms: the master bedroom (just three steps up) with en-suite bathroom, which leads from a walk-in wardrobe. This bedroom has a balcony which enjoys sea views. 2nd bedroom, also with balcony / sea views and the 3rd bedroom with sea views. The main bathroom is just beside the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. The 4th and 5th bedrooms are a level down but still have ample, natural light through their electric windows. On this level there is also a shower room with sink and toilet which serve these bedrooms. The final and 6th bedroom (Please take care that it is OPTIONAL with less than 12 guests) is down a flight of steps leading from the pool deck. It has an en-suite shower room with sink and toilet, a sitting area and kitchenette. Also ideal for helper, cook etc. All bedrooms have blackout blinds for a good night’s sleep!
The external boasts of a drive-in that fits 2 large cars, although there is always ample parking on the almost private road just outside the front gate!
The sizable swimming pool has ample sun deck space, shaded areas, also and especially in the dining area and a large pool shower room with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
Surrounding delightful garden having a basketball stand and a large trampoline. Guests love watching the sunset from the old stone tower in the garden. The views are outstanding from up there! Inside the tower there's also a dartboard with adequate space for a good game of darts.

Beautiful villa, very well equipped and maintained. Very spacious for 9 of us. Nothing was too much trouble for Andrew or Wilfredo. The pool was wonderful, very cooling in the heat. Good advice provided in relation to eating locally and a great tip about Greens supermarket deliveries!

Just returned home after yet an other great family holiday in Malta, combined with a family wedding. The holiday Villa was just right for us, a family group of 9 adults and 1 infant. We where joined later in our stay by my daughter, the bride and her 2 brides maids for one night. All the rooms where clean and tidy as where all the en-suits and shower rooms. The swimming pool was well used and the view across the island was the icing on the cake. The large day rooms and kitchen area where ideal for such a large group of people. The bedrooms on the ground floor where airy and bright. The main and second bedrooms have great views to wake up too. The bedrooms in the lower ground floor where very quite and easy to keep cool. All rooms have air conditioning and fans, a must have for Malta. There is a great walk in shower below the pool area and was well used with so many adults staying in the villa at the same time.With the villa being at the top of a hill in a residential area, the closest bus stop is 10 minutes walk away at the bottom of the hill, so a hire car is a must if you do not want to relay on taking taxis everywhere.The owner Andrew was always ready to help if we needed anything and did not intrude on our stay. Some of our family members had not visited Malta before. They loved it so much they all said that they would return again to Malta to explore more. As for my wife and I, we have holidayed in Malta for many years now staying in holiday villas and this villa has been the best so far. I would always recommend this holiday villa to anyone that wants to holiday in Malta.
