Villa Sunnyside is a beautiful, modern, and fully air-conditioned property in the exclusive community of High Ridge villa area, and it comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests.

🏡 Belvedere, Diamantina & Sunnyside Villas are adjacent, accommodating up to 75 guests—ideal for large groups or weddings.
Additional Costs (Paid in Cash on Arrival):

📶 Wi-Fi: €5 per day (paid by cash on arrival)
💳 Refundable Security Deposit: €500 (paid by card on arrival) for group of 12 persons. For groups of 12 or more, the refundable security deposit amount will be adjusted due to the larger group size.
For bookings of 28 nights and more (monthly), please note that we charge extra for Wifi/TV Service @ €100 and extra electricity consumption starting from €300 @ 4 persons and adjusted to the final number of persons in the reservation. Payments are cash on arrival.

Big, spacious, quiet but quite close to most ameneties, minicab service meant no need to hire a car. due to the exceptionally hot weather the pool was a life saver!
A good base from which to explore the island or just relax round the pool.

DIY man was absolutely brilliant, you never hear him moaning or puffing. He always done a good job.
Jane always answered our questions and if there was anything needs changing she always solved it.

Overall good property but looking tired in places. Quiet location but excellent bus and taxi services
Jane was a great host and was right on hand to sort out any problems and help with booking taxis recommending trips out and restaurants to visit

The sleeping room in the basement with 5 beds has no daylight. In Denmark this room is illegal to be used as sleepingroom.
Jane chairs extra chairs for outside use.
