Sliema Boutique Apartments by Holi

The apartment is very nice, modern, spacious, comfortable and it is equipped with everything that someone needs. There was always hot water in shower and the beds are comfortable. The apartment has a terrace with a nice view on typical Maltese street. It was a good value for the money we paid. The apartment is just 7 minutes away from the first beach, and around 6 minutes from first bus station that can lead you to all the must see places and beaches of Malta. I would also like to say that Holi team was very helpful and that they helped us a lot in a difficult situation that we got in during our stay when one of us got sick. All the time they sent us email to ask do we need something. They also let us check out one hour later which was of utmost importancy to us. Thank you Holi Team! You really deserve this 10/10 rating and I wish you best in your future <3!

Everything was perfect.

Loved the balcony and the AC (needed in this weather!) The kitchen was well equipped for easy cooking and bathroom was lovely and clean.

Nothing bad about the property itself but a little hard to get to due to the hills and incline. Also the upstairs neighbours were a bit inconsiderate but nothing to do with the property or property management :)

Quando chegámos não tínhamos berço nem a cadeirinha de refeição para bebé como pedido tanto no momento da reserva como no check-in. No entanto esta situação foi rapidamente resolvida. O número telefone facultado nas mensagens de check-in não atendia, só conseguimos contactar a gestão através de outro numero facultado pelo booking e também não responderam rapidamente às mensagens que enviamos através do booking. Assim que ligámos para o número correto foram muito prestáveis e as coisas ficaram resolvidas rapidamente. Outra questão é que a água quente na banheira sai quando a torneira está virada para o frio. Isto podia ter sido dito com antecedência ou estar devidamente identificado. A banheira também escoa mal a água no entanto, retirando a tampa do escoamento ficou a funcionar bem e deixou de inundar a casa de banho.
