Heartwarming hosts who are very helpful. Location is excellent and easy to find. The table soccer is a nice addition, especially when travelling with friends. Spacious balcony with a nice view to share some drinks with friends.
We didn't manage to get warm water out of the shower. Furthermore, everything was exceptional.

Lovely location, really nice apartment, lots of space. 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and dining.lounge area
Right nextto a convenience store and lovely cafes round the corner. Nice neighbourhood, there is a small bar just below which means it's a little noisy some evenings, though we found this atmospheric rather than annoying. Perhaps not ideal if you have young children trying to get to sleep before the bar closes.
The only improvement could be the bathroom. The shower is an attachment to the bathtaps, and whilst the water pressure and temperature is good, it's not really possible to attach it high up so you're basically showering with one hand holding the shower head over you. Difficult for hair washing.

Really enjoyed the traditional feel of the house, very spacious and nicely decorated without loosing the old feel. Everything very near, easy walk to Sliema harbour through the traditional Maltese streets or take the direct bus to Valletta. A nice bonus the wee Balluta bay beach just around the corner. The kids just loved it. And a big bonus for parents the convenience shop across the street open untill midnight for the evening chocolate overdose.
