Dobra lokalizacja, spokojna dzielnica. Wiele restauracji i marketów w okolicy. Apartament z balkonem, przestronny z dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią. Działająca klimatyzacja w każdej sypialni i salonie. Byliśmy w zimie i spokojnie można było ogrzać pomieszczenia (dzięki klimatyzacji) do odpowiedniej temperatury (to zależy od potrzeb każdego). Podczas 6 dni pobytu było jedno sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników, co według mnie w zupełności wystarcza. Polecam ten apartament.
Szkoda że nie ma możliwości wcześniejszego zameldowania, albo chociaż zostawienia bagażu na miejscu (dla tych osób co mają planowany wczesny przylot), bo kod do drzwi jest wysyłany dokładnie o godzinie 15.00. Ale spokojnie można poczekać i coś zjeść w jednej z okolicznych restauracji :)

Espacio acogedor, totalmente equipado y en una muy buena ubicación para poder ir a la zona del puerto como para moverse con coche.
Lo malo es que habían algunas obras y se ponían a taladrar sobre las 8:30 de la mañana.

Easy to locate. Closed to restaurants and by the bay. Very spacious. You can openly use the kitchen for cooking. The bed is comfy. High ceiling.
All rooms have AC including the kitchen and living room. There is a washing machine, an ironing board, and a hair dryer.
The shower has no heater and a very small amount of water coming out.
The main door inside was almost flaking off when we arrived. We tightened the screw with the knife.
The sofa looks untidy/dirty/smelly
Pillows are smelly and dirty
Underneath the linen/bed sheet was so dirty and dusty.
Not enough tissue in the toilet for 4 nights.
I hope they will invest more in kitchen utensils. Like a chopping board.
This is not criticism or to give a bad reputation of their business, but to address the issue, to improve more and attract more customers in the future by leaving a good comments.
