Apartments are very big, comfortable and super clean. In fact we found them even better than we expected.
Kitchen is fully equipped nearly to the last detail. Bed in the bigger bedroom is very comfortable for sleeping.
There are few small groceries around to buy some easy food, Sliema ferry terminal is in walking distance.
There is also bus stop just in front of building but we used taxi all the time which are not too expensive in Malta.
Host is also very supportive with fulfilling guests' requests.
In general property is worth paid money.
Just few thing to mention for improvement:
1 - air conditioner is smaller bedroom is working too much loudly when you switch it for cooling. We tried to avoid switching it, but in Summer, when you cannot stay w/o A/C, it might be very annoying.
2 - in smaller bedroom there is a fold-out sofa (not a bed) and it is quite hard. People who prefer softer mattrasses might feel uncofortable. + pillows in that room are extremely uncomfortable (they are with nylon filler and are too soft)

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Bei (auch selbstverschuldeten) Problemen wurde schnell und freundlich geholfen. Die Lage war zentral, so dass Hafen und Sliema/Balluta zu Fuß gut erreichbar waren. Es waren zwei Balkone vorhanden, von denen einer zum ruhigen und bewachsenen Innenhof gelegen ist.
Die Balkontüren verschließen sich selbstständig, wenn man nicht sorgfältig aufpasst; ein Hinweis darauf hätte uns geholfen. Ansonsten gab es bestenfalls technische Kleinigkeiten, die einzeln keiner Erwähnung wert sind.

Das war das exklusivste, sauberste und schönste Penthouse , das ich je gemietet habe!
Es war luxuriös, die Ausstattung war neu und hochwertig. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf Valetta war einzigartig!
Es war in der Wohnung sehr ruhig und wir konnten wunderbar schlafen.
Die Bäder waren neu und gepflegt, die Küche war riesig und super ausgestattet.
Es gab sogar Fitnessutensilien in der Wohnung (Hanteln und Yoga Matte).
Es gab 2 Balkone in der Wohnung.
Einer mit Garten Blick und einer mit Blick auf Valetta und das Meer.
Der Kontakt mit der Betreuerin war super und sie war jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar.
Das Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer war eine Schlafcouch und etwas unbequem.
Im kleinen Schlafzimmer konnte man im Schrank nichts unterbringen .
Aber da es um großen Schlafzimmer einen riesigen Schrank hat, ist das nicht schlimm.
