Seafront Apartments Sliema by Buena Vista

The apartment was fantastic, very spacious (huge), comfortable, well equipped and with fabulous sea views. We were delighted that the pool was still open in early October. The apartment was in a great location, very close to bars, restaurants & shops in Sliema. It was also convenient for the ferries to Valletta and other destinations. The check in process was straight forward and communication from the owners was excellent.

A couple of (very minor) grumbles. The balcony didn't get a huge amount of sun but in the height of summer this would probably be a plus. The hot water system struggled to manage more than two showers at a time which just required a bit of planning.

Huge apartment - even better than the photographs. Felt very safe/secure. Apartment was spotless but that was the case with the common areas in the block to - even the underground bin store was tidy! The pool was large and clean with enough sunloungers. Great location in Silema - just a short walk to the ferries and buses. Easy to get to other places but also lots of good places to eat in Silema itself walking in either direction. Hosts very contactable and answered queries quickly. Transfers to and from the airport were definitely worth the money for ease and peace of mind. Was great to be able to leave luggage with them on the last day after check out.

Booking.com description was misleading as it referred to three bathrooms (and was one of the reasons we booked, so we could have a bathroom each). It does not have three bathrooms, it has two bathrooms and a separate toilet. That is not three bathrooms!

The property was stunning, very modern lots of space and the pool was great.

We had little to no running water. The shower would give a few drops at a time and the sinks had no pressure.
