We had a problem with AC but we got heaters immediately. Appart. has 2 bathrooms, complete kitchen, clean, new ...
We left bags when we were comming in Buena Vista office for free but when we repeat it during leaving we were charged 3 EUR per bag.

Very good location, the view from the windows is amazing. It is very clean, we were greeted warmly and everything was shown to us. There is a shop quite nearby where you can buy the food you need for breakfast. Inside, it is very spacious and beautiful.
Everything was great, perhaps there were a bit too many clauses in the agreement. It was disappointing that we had to pay for late arrival, even though we had no other option—our flight was the only one arriving late. Of course, we were informed about this in advance. No further comments. All was nice, thanks for the great time.

Appartment was large.
The advert on booking.com is not for a specific apartment I should have worked that out from the picture.
Apartment we stayed in was a bit tired. Lots of little maintenance issues. Quite bare.
