Quisisana Apartments - Cast Renting

Perfect location with breathtaking views of the ocean. Fantastic balcony well equipped with quality furniture. Large and spacious apartment. We were two families and it was amazing with 3 bathrooms, 2 fridges and a large living area.

we had problems working the cook top. instructions stuck to inside of cupboard door would be a help. problems with all tvs not working.

They provide you a standard letter, however the code is on the envelope which was a bit complicated. Instructions can be just simple saying key sign code key sign. There is too much text, which is not necessary.

The 2nd fridge was in repair, during our stay they wanted to replace it. We did not allow as we were not allow. On the other day there was another stuff asking whether our oven is broken, which we did not reach out. Another case they asked us early in the morning ringing the doorbell when do we checkout eventhough on the instructions it is noted, we found this a bit strange. All these communication can be done via their WhatsApp number or via booking.com communication. Finally to note is that the water pressure on the 8th floor is not good you get not sufficient water during the showers.

The property is very spacious and has a great view of the seafront with a large balcony. It had four bathrooms servicing 4 bedrooms which was great for our group. It is centrally located with close access to busses, shopping centre, restaurants and bars, the Sliema waterfront, and the Sliema ferry. The hosts, Cast Renting, were responsive and helpful and provided us with dinner as a sorry for the issues we identified with the property, which was appreciated. A cleaning person came three times during our stay and collected accumulated rubbish.

Upon arrival the bedding was dirty/grotty and poor quality - like the old tattered bedding grandma keeps in the back of her linen cupboard from the 1970s. There were no mattress protectors so you're sleeping on a mattress 100's of people have slept on. The pillows weren't particularly comfortable. The TVs in the three bedrooms were not smart TVs so had no internet connection, and are not connected to an aerial so are there for looks only. We requested a bedding change and extra supplies (towels, washing detergent, basic toiletries etc) which were provided the following day. The photos in the listing are not representative of the actual property - some were but many were not. The cleaning service was not to a set schedule so you don't know when it's coming. The Wifi dropped out for a day. Our booking said 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 singles. When we got there each room was a double so we had to arrange for a single bed to be made up, which was done fairly quickly.
