Location is excellent with great access to local amenities. The house has plenty of bedroom space to accommodate up to 8 comfortably for sleeping.
Being a town house there isn’t much space for relaxing together in one area. Some elements of the house require some upkeep (shower room, kitchen) but all functional.

The view from the top balcony is marvelous as depicted in here. The apartment was spacious. Short walk downhill and you are at the promenade. Direct bus from/to the airport.
I wouldnt call the apartment "luxurious", rooms had "suffered" already and one could notice quite some faulty renovation attempts. When taking showers, all bathroom floors outside the shower cabin or bath got wet. On the arrival day there was very heavy rain and a puddle formed in the kitchen - I contacted the landlord to inform (as it might be that the landlords are unaware of the state of the place) but he immediately got into defensive mode. Also the guide was written in rather harsh language implying that for every wrong doing a fine will come (e.g. for not bringing out the trash, yet no information on trash collection days and times was provided). In the kitchen there was no general products like oil, salt, pepper etc. For a longer stays guests would also appreciate to use the washing machine which was upstairs, yet there was no laundry detergent. It is a high building spanning several floors, if there are guests with limitations, this will not be the best place as there was only stairs.
