Seafront Apartment in Sliema with Pool, Upmarket Complex

The apartment itself is lovely, but of wear and tear across all rooms but the location is great as it is central Sliema and within walking distance of some lovely shops, bars and restaurants Really clean pool with lots of loungers and no need to rush to put towels out!! The apartment had great floor length mirrors Air con was amazing !! The company were responsive to messages (see below but…) Lots of storage Plenty of space to chill Good outside terrace Plenty of plates, glasses, utilities Complementary dishwasher tablets and washing pods Complementary shower gel and shampoo both bathrooms

Although they responded to messages/concerns raised they didn’t act all the time eg the hair dryer was rubbish and altho we reported it as not working and were told it would be replaced the next day; it wasn’t. We had an issue with the building fob (access to block) we reported it early evening about 6.30/7 - and told to wait until the next day to get fobs working again - this response wasn’t helpful at all - this restricted access obviously we didn’t want to go out if we couldn’t get back into building, eventually we worked out for ourselves it was power cuts and the building maintenance sorted it out but not the management company. There were not enough towels imo. We had a flood in the shared bathroom which was reported and we needed to use a couple of the smaller towels to mop up the water so as not to slip and sustain an injury. They were not replaced just left saturated on the floor. Massive tv no channels not even music - did not report this as not a huge issue for us but might upset other paying guests. Washing machine spin was crazy noisy - neighbours may not be happy !! Cold shower in master bedroom not once did the water get even warm. Again not reported (no boiler in this room so assume it’s a tank?) I used the shared shower as there were only 3 of us. If apartment was at full capacity this could be an issue despite the heat the water was simply too cold for a decent shower.

Excellent central location. Property is extremely spacious and clean. The balcony is huge with sea views and wrap round. There is plenty storage space with sufficient hangers to go with it. The Apartment came fully equipment with necessities needed for a self catering stay I.e towels, tissue, cleaning products etc.

Next to a football pitch can be noisy at various times of the day. Didn’t bother me personally.

Spacious apartment, excellent location, sea front balcony, good sized rooms

The furniture in living room was minimal. There were only 4 chairs and couldn’t accommodate our family of five. Same with the couch. It could do better with some additional furniture. There were no keys for any of the rooms or even washrooms.

L’appartement manque d’équipements. Les installations sont vieillissantes. Le canapé est petit pour accueillir toute la famille. La literie est inconfortable. Les salles de bains sont à remettre en état. Le service de conciergerie n’est pas à la hauteur du prix facturé. Le prix n’est pas en adéquation avec les prestations fournies.
