Impressed and very specious
Noisy neighbors you can hear everything from doors slamming to chairs scraping on the floor that echoes around your room late at night.
Patio too hot to sit on due to the air conditioning unit that’s on the wall blowing out hot air .
Also air con in bedrooms are so loud

Lovely property on the waterfront with amazing views. The property was beautiful, clean and looked even better than in the photos. Perfect location for getting around Malta easily but can be a little difficult for bolt/uber drivers to find.
Unfortunately, both nights of our two-night stay were affected by hours long power outages. As the entrance to the apartment is by keycard, on the second night we were unable to access the apartment because the entry was not functioning without electricity. Our group and most of the residents in the building were either on their balconies or outside the apartment building due to the outage.
