Great location and very well presented villa

Squeaky door into bathroom

First off the villa has 2 levels with a large roof top terrace. The bottom level is 3 bedrooms (2 of which include 2 twin beds and another which is a decent sized queen bed) all of which have ac. There is also one modern bath on this level too. On the second (main level) you’ll find a spacious open concept living-dining-kitchen and a second full modern bath (which included a washing machine tucked away in a closet. The kitchen had mostly anything one could need including gas cook top an oven a microwave dishwasher and decent sized fridge/freezer. Two coffee machines. One pod and one drip style. A nice sized kitchen island too. We had plenty of dishes/glassware, etc for the 5 of us. Off of the kitchen there was a terrace with a big gas bbq grill a table and chairs for 8 and a large patio umbrella too. Going up the exterior steps to the roof revealed a large med view terrace with a covered seating area and another table and chairs for dining or hanging out. It was a lovely place to enjoy ocean views and a nightly cocktail too! A shout out to Mariella the owner who was always readily available for any issues or helpful tips about Malta. We did have an issue with one of the two 2nd level ac units and she had someone come straight away to deal with it. All in all I would say you probably can’t find a nicer place in St. Paul’s Bay and so reasonably priced for what you get in this villa. Bonus that it also came with an off street parking spot too. Although we never had to use it because we always found a convenient spot right out front on the street most every time. Quite a few nice dining spots and shops just down the street too!

I don’t think I can fault much of anything… one minor point maybe the living room could have another chair or two for evening relaxing/ watching tv but otherwise not a big deal!

Duży przestronny dom z fajnym tarasem. Spokojna okolica bez powszechnych na Malcie imprez. Wszystko w sumie w tym domu bylo. Elastyczni zarzadzajacy.

Dom położony przy ruchliwej ulicy, nie da sie spac z otwartym oknem. Wyposazenie domu najlepsze lata ma za soba a gospodarze mogliby co jakis czas gruntownie sprzatnac dom, np. Piorac zaslony i narzuty.

Arti viešasis transportas, prie pat promenados, daug parduotuvių šalia. Erdvi vila, rūpestingi šeimininkai. Tinka šeimoms su vaikais
