The location is right on the bay surrounded by restaurants and eating hubs. The balcony is big. Bus stops are very close and easy to use. The apartment is big, airy and feels very safe. It is super clean with great air conditioning. There is a large t.v., full kitchen and constant hot water for showers. Netflix and YouTube available. The owner is very responsive. The beds are really comfortable.
The volume on the t.v. is set at 17 and some programs can't be heard at that volume. I realise this is for the comfort of everyone in the building but it was bothersome at times.

Clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation with fantastic views of the bay. Check in process very easy.
No issues at all. I would suggest adding some towel hangers and sofa cushions just to make it even better. But not a big deal.
