L'appartamento è bello e nuovo, letti comodi, bella anche la piscina sulla terrazza

Non è stato facile trovare la reception in quanto l'icona sulla mappa indica il Mercury Center che è molto grande inoltre l'indirizzo della struttura Triq Elija Zammit, St Julian's, STJ 1230, Malta non ha un civico e non è precisa. Andando su street view di Google Maps mostra il cantiere e tutto ancora in fase di costruzione. La reception principale si trova di fronte il negozio Little Greens mentre la reception del nostro appartamento era difronte Starbucks San Julian trovato per caso in quanto non visibile da strada. Nonostante fossimo al 4 piano con le finestre chiuse si sentono gli schiamazzi dei ragazzi in strada fino alle 5 del mattino, fortunatamente noi dormiamo anche con le cannonate 😄

Wir hatten als größere Gruppe einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv fanden wir die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, in der wirklich alles vorhanden war, was man benötigt. Auch der große Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war gerade für unsere Gruppe perfekt. Der Poolbereich war ebenfalls sehr schön und ideal zum Entspannen. Außerdem war das Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft für eine größere Gruppe wirklich super geeignet.

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass unsere Karte für den Aufzug manchmal nicht richtig funktioniert hat. Das war allerdings kein großes Problem und hat unseren Aufenthalt kaum beeinträchtigt.

We loved the location. The view was amazing and the apartament is all in order even more than we expected. Would really recommend to every type of group!

Clean property, spacious and very central location

We were not informed by Booking that we actually contracted with another company. This was strange. We also were informed we would not get or have to respond to any additional payment requests, but we did get an email to pay a deposit after we booked. We had to wait 45 minutes for someone to arrive to give us the keys in 30+ degrees. We booked a room with pool, however found out next day we could not enter the pool as it had a maximum (this was not told in the advertisement), to get a card for the pool (which we paid for) was a struggle. The system is simply not good as pool was half empty, be we still were not allowed to go as all “pool badges” were handed out. But people keep them and do not return when they leave the pool. Also when complaining about this via whatsapp, we simply did not get a response. So basically I feel we paid for something we did not receive. Its like you buy a sandwich with meat inside, but you only get the plain sandwich but still have to pay for the extras
