Direkt am Partyviertel - 1Min bis zu den Diskotheken, 4Min zum Strand (gibt aber schönere Strände - aber ausreichend für eine kurze Abkühlung)
Spar 5Min zu Fuß entfernt.
Top Lage wenn man zum Party machen dort ist, eher ungegeignet wenn man Ruhe sucht :)
Gastgeber Paul ist sehr zuvorkommend, Kommunikation mit ihm ist einfach, er antwortet auf Fragen/ Anliegen immer sehr schnell.

Hintergarten mit Whirlpool- Gute Kombi aus Schatten und Sonnenplätzen, Seeeehr gemütlich.
Unterkunft (vor allem Zimmer) weit schöner als auf den dargestellten Bildern.
2 Schlafzimmer - 3 Betten waren im Wohnzimmer - war für uns aber kein Problem.
Eher laut am Abend - man hört Leute von der Straße oda aus den höheren Etagen - für uns auch kein Problem. :)

Nathaniel was very helpful and the location was great
There were a few issues ...the apt was advertised with a hot tub which in my opinion should be ready to use , it wasnt we had to fill it and heat it meaning we only used it one night, also the sleeping arrangements were not ideal, pouffes were pushed together to make beds (not comfortable at all) the double bed in the bedroom that slept 4 was broken, my sister actually fell through it on tge first night and slept with ironing board wedged under it, the ensuite bathroom, the shower door had a crack all across it, this was a glass door, so could have been fatal, the shower hook was hanging off so you had to hold the shower in your hand, all the towels which were left for us smelt unclean so we had to wash all of them, the outside area was unkept, we swept up when we got there. The apartment could be fabulous, it is in an fantastic location but definately needs some maintanance issues sorting out, and the sleeping arranhements arent great. Nathaniel was very helpful, and i wish i had met him to discuss these problems.
