Location: 5 minutes walk to Balluta Bay and 20 minutes from Sliema Ferry port, in a quiet place.
Parking: no bookable or allocated parking spaces, but 3 or 4 on the street in front of the building and additional ones on the same street but a bit further. ATTENTION to the parking rules in Malta: park only on white marked spaces!
The place: a block of flats, with a common kitchen and terrace/balcony at the end of the building.
The kitchen: fully furnished, with oven, micro, big fridge, coffee makers, cutleries and plates, cooking equipment, even free drinking water, spices, flour, sugar, coffee, etc, etc.
The room: big enough, with a comfi bed, a wardrobe, mini-fridge, a small TV with the most channels that I have ever seen around the world! (and we have visited more than 30 years and have over 100 accommodations on booking), UK and EU power extensions, a very small vanity table without the mirror and a drawer, double glazing but independent windows (not a single double glazing, but two separate parallel sliding windows).
The shower and the toilet: very good hot water, with strong flow, support for shampoos, big shampoo, body wash and conditioner bottles, clean toilet, additional towels under the sink, big sink with plenty of room for cosmetics.
Heating: with an HVAC unit, no central heating.
Host: Josie, very, very helpful, I thank her several times for helping us with the parking, with other things around.
Check-in/check-out and payment process: easy, no fuss, no additional papers to be signed, hang the keys for the check-out.
Parking: really difficult to find a free space and easy to be blocked by others. And that was at the mid of February, during the Valletta Carnival.
Room: the drawer should have some shelves for underwear or small items. No proper chairs, just two stools and the
TV was really small and have to use two separate remote controls - and we couldn't turn the TV off with either - we had to switch off the power plug. No subtitles offered and, given the distance and screen size, not sure would've made any difference - would recommend a bigger screen.
Heating: we had to keep the heating overnight, hence some noise during the night, but you get use to it after a couple of nights. Would've been better to have a central heating radiator, but I guess would require a big investment.
WiFi: mmh, not bad but not the best - we constantly lost access in the kitchen.
The kitchen: waste rules were a bit confusing - there are 4 different bins for different garbage.I highly recommend to Josie to put big notes or stickers with words and images on each bin, for easier identification.
Also, the espresso maker wasn't working and the microwave should be replaced as it requires its door to be slammed in order to work (hence couldn't be used at 3:00 AM, when we checked-out).

The room was very clean and spacious, and the same goes for the fully equipped kitchen. The terrace was also a great plus. The location was perfect — just a 1-minute walk to the beautiful Sliema promenade and the bus station. Jossienne was very friendly and hospitable; she made us feel at home, gave us useful tips about the island, and made our stay very pleasant. Thank you for everything — we’ll definitely return!

I enjoyed my stay 100%, exceeded my expectations, mostly the host is very kind and attentive and was ready for help any time and very responsive. Very clean, neatly decorated and perfectly equipped facilities, ideally located in between st. julians and sliema, easy to reach anywhere on the island with public transport. I think this is the best for its category and price tag.
