The property is 100sqm with high ceilings and plenty of natural light and good energy from the Balluta Valley directly beneath it. Its one of the few spaces in the popular town of St Julians to enjoy both greenery and a sea view. Use Bolt or Uber for instant taxis that pick up/ drop off outside your front door. You also have the option to rent a car and park in the free space provided !
