Obiekt jest wyposażony w wszystko co potrzebne, jest czysto ale niestety lokatorzy robią swoje czyli jakieś zniszczenia się pojawiają. Jednego dnia zepsuła nam się ciepła woda co naprawiono w 30 min Tak samo przywieziono butle z gazem do grilla w ciągu chwili Taras jest wygodny i duży idealny na 6 osób. Ciśnienie wody jest niskie ale to norma na wyspach tak mi się wydaje. Klimatyzację sprawne choć niektóre dosyć głośno chodzą. W okolicy Spar 24/7 i Welbee’s

Bucataria dispune de toate facilitatile necesare, iar locatia foarte buna (aproape de centrul St. Julian si cu statie de autobuz la aprox. 400m.
Exista o mica scurgere de apa din unul din pereti (gazda a spus ca urmeaza sa se efctueze reparatii. Una din cele trei bai a fost practic transformata in toaleta deoarece in dus a fost amplasat un uscator
