The size, space, proximity to the city center, and very good contact with the owner are major advantages, but I wouldn't recommend this apartment.
I expected greater comfort and cleanliness for an apartment with a rating of 9 - excellent.
There's mold in the bathrooms, and there's no cabinets or space for toiletries. The bathroom windows seem fake; when opened, you're presented with a wall - a strange design. The towels seem stale and smell strange.
The kitchen furniture is falling apart, and there are few dishes and kitchen utensils. The sofa in the living room is stained and covered with a blanket.

The apartment is located below the road, the entrance to the building is very steep, and the view from the terrace is of concrete stairs and a wall.

I like the price of the appartment.
Towels were not good smell. Washing mashine was with bad smell. All cooking inventory was in bad condition. Beding was with dots- lets say not very cosy to sleep on. Pillows terrible hard. All the appartment was very basic. It seems that what was not used at home it was bringed to the renting appartment. Warm water suggested to use only 30min per day for 6persons- sounds a bit optimistic. Not sure who gave 9score- but for us this is only 6- for the things in the appartment.
