I really liked the apartment - it is modernly decorated, with style and you can see the quality in every detail. It has almost everything needed for a pleasant stay, so I felt very comfortable. very high quality but... always but!

In addition to all the positives, there are also a lot of negative little things No matter how modern it is, it must also be uncompromisingly neat and clean, Ales has a problem with maintenance, be it hygiene or repairs! It is obvious that it is not maintained, for example, the front door should be adjusted because it is very difficult to handle, the glass door of the bathroom also with the danger of the glass breaking cannot be left in its current state! Hygiene is not very serious, the lack of complete bedding is unforgivable, the mess in the closets is not folded and scattered, it is not pleasing to the eye or pleasant! It is obvious that Ales has problems with the hygiene workers, everything is clean and yet it is not! The construction of a building right next to the apartment does not help, as does the irritating sound of the alarm clock that reaches from outside! All in all, if Ales would solve the issue of maintenance, the apartment would be rated 10, like this..
