Top la posizione centrale, vicinissima alla via principale servita di tutto il necessario, negozi, supermercati aperti 24 h, bar, ristoranti, farmacia, discoteche, locali vari.
Zona più frequentata dai ragazzi della nostra età. Incredibile la movida.
Vicino alla spiaggia, ritrovo dei ragazzi al mattino presto.
L'appartamento carino nel complesso, dotato di balcone, pulito, si presenta bene.
La simpatia del titolare, giovane, ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, anche se si è fatto attendere un po' troppo. Non ci ha chiesto nessuna cauzione.
Aspettrare il check in 2 h per "un contrattempo", massi, ci crediamo,
alcuni cassetti rotti, una scaletta di un letto a castello rotta, da sistituire, 1 letto a castello traballante.
Abbiamo fatto un video a tutto l'appartamento, la sera stessa del nostro arrivo, per non avere problemi successivi di responsabilità sulle cose trovate rotte. Un altro video, anche il mattino, appena prima della nostra partenza.
In cucina c'era 1 bicchiere solo, per 6 persone, ok, abbiamo usato quelli di plastica,
1 pentola, l'unica utile per 6 persone, era senza manici.
Diciamo che abbiamo il senso dell'arrangiarsi,
ma se affitti per 6 e prendi 6 quote, devi avere posate e il necessario per 6 persone.
Con veramente poco sforzo e un pizzico di attenzione in più, potrebbe essere perfetto.

The place was lovely. I travelled with friends and found all the kitchen facilites we needed -even some ingredients for cooking! The person in charge was really professional, and returned us the 100 euro deposit without any issue. I really recommend this place!

The apartment is newly renovated. Hot water available all the time (without waiting for the boiler to heat it up). Facilities for cooking. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living area. Nice owner that came to fix the tv and sent us messages everyday to ask if everything was all right. Very good for a family with children.
The building where the apartment is located is not so clean, with elevator not functional. It was too much noise because of some constructions nearby. ichildren.it will be great if one if the bedroom could have a double bed.

-Kitchen equipped with Fridge and Freezer for Ice cubes
-comfortable Sofa for sitting or sleeping
-Balcony for smoking
-big appartment on 2nd floor
- no view from balcony there is very close a wall and a skyscraper
- Air Condition does not work
- from the working site there start working in the morning. Thus there was a very high noise impact. Sleeping impossible
- very uncomfortable tiny bed in one room
