A home away from home, this apartment is delightfully cosy and equally comfortable, central yet tucked away from the hubbub of city life. It is definitely a gem for those considering the accessibility of daytime excursions within and outside of Sliema as well as nightlife activities, whether it's a quite glass of wine or the pumping bars and clubs of St.Julians. The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the sea side, with open-air cafes and restaurants dotting the promenade, you are bound to instantaneously feel the Mediterranean lifestyle ooze out of your body. Several bus stops which will transport you to the main landmarks can also be found in the vicinity. This bright and airy apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a living/dining (with a double sofa bed), kitchen and bathroom. The new kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a washing machine, LED TV and WiFi. The apartment also includes a balcony and lift-service.

Very happy. A great place to stay - very clean, great internet, excellent value for money. Only a 5 minute walk to the sea and some good restaurants. Buses run nearby which will take you all over the island and as well a bus to Gozo. Owners are very friendly and there is always the bonus of Simon's Pub underneath!!

Simon’s Apartments are in a quiet street about 5 minutes’ walk from the water, located almost midway between the entertainment district of St. Julians/Paceville and the shopping/restaurant district of Sliema, which has ferries to Valletta. It just doesn’t get any more convenient. Simon and M’Lou are great hosts, who respond quickly to any questions or issues you might have. They can also arrange transportation from and to Malta's airport, if you request. The apartments are clean and well appointed, with plenty of kitchenware if you’d like to eat some meals in, rather than at a restaurant or cafe. I have always been impressed by the reasonable cost of the apartments, given the location. Rates change with the seasons, of course, but they always are quite competitive. In short, we strongly recommend Simon’s, and we will keep coming back.

I contacted the owner of this property which showed available on the website, however I received the following "that the property I chose was unavailable, but what we have available from tomorrow is another apartment with sea view and BBQ area near the seaside in Sliema. It costs more but we can offer it for the same price. As it was a last minute booking, and my options were limited, I decided to go ahead. The owner organised a driver for us who gave us a key, and told us to go to the sixth floor and the apartment was there. We found the place to be very dark and gloomy, and it seemed we were the only ones in the building, and that the building was being renovated. Not sure that I would have chosen the property we stayed in, had I seen it first.
