Luxury Apartment on 16th Floor in Mercury Tower

SUPERB location, & the most epic view of Malta you can find!! Everything is walking distance, and communication was so fast & efficient 👏😍✨🥰 the room itself is also spectacular, I cannot say better things about our trip to Malta. HIGHLY recommend staying here!! The apartment was spacious and with a charming view. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was okay. It had some appliances which is useful.

There are many flaws in the property and the staff managing the apartment. I want to mention that when you pay for a luxury apartment, you expect similar treatment. The apartment had three towels for the body and 3 for the hair for the three guests. There were no more towels for the hands or the bathroom in general. When we requested another set of towels after 3 nights being there, I received the ironic reply that they were not a hotel and that they would not provide me with more towels because another set of towels was not included in the amenities of the accommodation just a set of towels and no more. The bathroom had no plugs, which meant that if you wanted to dry your hair, you needed to go to the kitchen or the main room, and in case you wanted to shave with the shaving machine, I don't know where you should go. It would be great if there were water inside the fridge and some capsules aside from the coffee machine. The apartment is on the 16th floor, and one of those days, there was a water leakage on the upper floors, which resulted in the elevators not working and the service lift that was suggested to use had no button to press, so it was necessary to go down 16 floors to communicate with the reception. Furthermore, the pool operates from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, which I find a bit limited. After 5:00 pm, technically, you can go to the pool on the 32 floor, but not practically because when we asked to go to the pool to have a drink, they told us that the bar was already full, and when we replied, it is okay if the bar is full we can chill in the pool they replied you can not do that.
