The location and the whole apartament.
We didn't like that we couldn't go to the roof top, the swimming pool was closed and to get to the roof top they have a tax of 20€ per person.

The apartment was lovely, very clean and comfortable and in a great location.
The pool system was frustrating. You needed to go all the way down to reception to ask them to let you up to the roof (and repeat if you needed to go back to the apartment for any reason). Our first day we were told we could not go to the pool as it was full. We observed from the roof top there were about 5 people in the pool. Staff at the apartment building were not the friendliest, some were borderline rude. We paid additional money for this apartment for the pool use, and it hardly spent any time up there due to the hassle, and feeling uncomfortable around staff.
