the area was new and upbeat, lots of restaurants and shops near by and the 'beach' a stones throw away, apartment clean and comfortable. there was a washing machine which was useful for the towels as we did not get a room service and a towel change cost more
the beach was just rock and not comfortable, but that seems to be the norm for Malta, we ended up paying to go next door and use their pool and loungers, but we got that money back in food and drink, we were there 9 days and did not get our rooms serviced despite it saying weekly service, beach towels were also just old towels, so too small for beach towels

the fact that the hotel tried to take money out my account without discussing with me due to damage to the door, it was stuck when we first arrived couldent get in the apartment, I shoulder barged it after 20 minutes of trying to open it, I did try to phone the property owner multiple times, in that given circumstance I am not in the fault
