Stor leilighet med tre soverom, tre bad og stor stue og kjøkken. Veldig sentralt, rett ved stranden.

Kunne vært litt bedre utstyrt kjøkken, men helt ok. Hadde vært fint med større sofa eller flere lenestoler i stua. Og utemøbler i bakgården kunne vært på plass.

Egy forgalmas főútra néz és pl a kukát is éjjel vitték. Volt olyan szoba, aminek az ablaka alig hangszigetelt, így az éjszakai/hajnali munkák miatt nem lehetett aludni. Ezen felül a szállásadó segítőkész, de jó lenne egy nagyon részletes leírást adni a lakáshoz. Nekünk csomó kérdésünk volt (pl hogy kapcsoljuk be a légkondit, aminek főkapcsolója volt, hova kell levinni a szemetet, stb), és nem voltak bent ezek az alapvető infók a leírásban, így minden miatt írni kellett. A szemétkezelés nincs rendesen megoldva a házban, csomó zsák gyűlt a parkolóban, ami büdös volt és jöttek rá az egerek. A lakás jól felszerelt, de a konyhai eszközök minősége nem a legjobb, így nem sikerültek túl jól az ételek, leégett, stb.

Lovely design with high quality furniture and fittings. Literally everything you might need is included. A minor kitchen problem was sorted out at once on a Sunday by the team.

The apartment is spacious with enough kitchen amenities to cook a light meal. We were happy to have heat in the unit during January. Bed was comfortable. Location is good for walking along the coastline. Elevator is nice.

We specifically booked this apartment for the kitchen, the balcony, and the parking garage. Unfortunately the road in front of the apartment building is closed (until April?) and we could not access the parking garage the entire stay. We could not use our balcony due to loud roadworks, cranes, and trucks all day immediately in front of the balcony. On two of our three days, jackhammers started at 7 am. There was no notice in the listing that access to published amenities would be unavailable long term. Reached out to management several times and we were told it was out of their control - true, but no offer to help us find alternative parking or provide a partial refund since we could not use multiple facilities we paid for. We also had no running water in the apartment on our last full day, other than a little cold water in the kitchen faucet. We could not shower or flush the toilet. We advised management immediately but it wasn’t until the next morning that they offered for us to use the bathroom in a nearby unit (after we had already left). We were told they would look into the issues and we never heard back.
