Very modern, had everything we needed, spacious apartment

The pillows were so hard we couldn’t use them.

Large house with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms + a seaview balcony. The building is newly renovated. Complimentary water and coffee are provided at arrivals.

Bathrooms have neither windows nor mechanic ventilation.

Modern & Spacious. The air can was very good.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing due to several issues. There was mould in one of the bathrooms, the coffee machine wasn’t working, and all three of us found the pillows too lumpy and uncomfortable to use. There was also noise from the neighbouring apartment during the night, which disturbed our sleep. Our airport transfer was another concern. The company entered the address, which took the driver to a location around six minutes away from our actual accommodation. Thankfully, the driver was very helpful and used Waze to find the correct address. Without his help, we could potentially have been left stranded during in the middle of the night. What made matters worse was the lack of support from the property owners. They were unreachable when we tried to contact them, and even Booking.com was unable to get a response from them. The AI communication we received was extremely frustrating and unhelpful, and did not resolve any of the issues we raised.
