Perfect for anyone travelling by rail.

Travelling by train, the hotel was just a short walk from the station, so an excellent location for me. The room was spacious and well furnished. A comfortable bed ensured that I got a really good night’s sleep. The vegan breakfast was very tasty! The staff were all extremely helpful.

Wanting to do some sightseeing in the older part of town, I had to walk through an area of high rise buildings, building sites and very busy roads. Having said that, it was better for me to be close to the station.

Good for one night.

Hotel was in a nice area, close to cafeterias and convenience markets and shopping center. Parking wasn't full and had plenty of parking places. The decor in our room was creative and modern.

There is an odor coming from the toilets and all the room was smelling bad since the moment we first entered it and it never went away. Sheets were stained in a couple spots, really weird for the hotel being a 5 star hotel. Also the cups and bottle opener on the boudoir were pretty dusty. Parking is public and not from the hotel, something that should be written.

Terrible service, great infrastructure but terrible service

Room was spacious

There is no elevator, shower floods and the expectation is that you use a plunger to unblock. When the makeup room sign is put on door it is ignored. The room needed to be cleaned because of flooding dirty shower. When requested one had to wait in room while disgruntled staff arrived and shouted at you about it being past their booked time. No responsibilty from the property but rather blames the guest

The entrance is through a restaurant which is a bit awkward, other than that everything was very nice.

SCAM!! NOT A HOTEL!

Food in the restaurant is good and the employees like the waiter and night security were very polite and friendly.

This is not a hotel. No elevator. Jacuzzi and Sauna didnt worked. While showering the whole bathroom flooded because there is no drainage. They didnt clean the room. I think this should not be listed at a 5 Star hotel or any hotel.

i couldn't change the water in jacuzzi, like remove the "old" water and pour "new" [maybe i was doing something wrong tho]

The room was spacious

First of all, Eclat is an apartment, not a hotel. They have the hotel/restaurant ground floor. The upper floor has rooms. The location was not at all good. the entrance to the apartment is not good. no lift. After checking in, I could not find any staff at the reception, so i had to go to the restaurant.

excellent, staff very friendly and helpful with calling air Serbia for a change (Drazen) and Nicola at breakfast

clean and comfortable with a good breakfast options. location good, 2/3 km walk to old town and castle. local restaurants in area. only 1.6 km from train and about a 15 min drive to airport. hotel arranged a driver to airport for 25 E. taxi at bus wanted 25 E for short drive, walked out to street and down to 15.

great room with a private sauna. the hotel staff was very hospitable. we had breakfast at the hotel and it was very delicious n good variety. Hotel manager really took care to ensure our stay was smooth. Ivana from the restaurant helped us with ideas on where to go in Serbia.

Stains in the bed sheets, no extra duvet/bed cover, no extra pillow, window left open mosquitos inside, staff missing while delivering the key, asking for extra duvet returns the answer "it's locked, I don't have the key". Staff English level is very poor.
