Simply horrible

Booked and paid for our room just to arrive hours later and see the hotel was CLOSED. Got sent to a different one, by a random nearby caffe staff, where the guests were staying apparently, where we were told no room was available, even though we paid. With no refund offered, we were told to go somewhere else for the night. Insanely unprofessional at best.

Overally good value for money

- good value for money - location excellent, walking distance to the Waterfront - staff was generally nice, especially the ones at the restarant - room was big and tidy

- room a bit old - heating was very strong, and it was centrally controlled so you can't adjust it - the shower sink was a bit stuck and smelly

Uncomfortable and run down

Breakfast is decent, location is not bad.

I'm not sure I've ever stayed in a hotel with a worse bed. If it had sank any further it would be in the Mariana trench. There can be no excuses for a bed/mattress this poor. Room 701. In general the place feels rundown and in need of renovation. Also strange that the women on reception asked if we'd like to buy "insurance" when we checked in (perhaps this is common in Serbia?) and annoying that the breakfast server asked us to leave him a good review. The budget that should have been spend on maintenance and refurbishment has been spent on garish "art" which is hard to appreciate if you slept poorly and your back aches. Wouldn't stay here again (unless it gets refurbished).

Stuff was very nice let us early check in and stay after check out for fare price.

Great Stay, even better staff

Amazing experience, my room got upgraded which was really nice. Kataryna helped me a lot during my stay, and guided me throughout my stay in serbia. She was really friendly and helpful and staff like her makes the hotel a better place.

The room had a lot of mosquitos, plus i faced multiple issues with the key, my key card didn't work multiple times and then we had to use the mechanical key to unlock the door. The hotel seemed understaffed, on first day, it was just kataryna who was showing me my room, fixing poeple's lights, and then handling the reception. She did it amazingly but it felt 1 more person in staff would make her job easier.

Good location but not 4* as advertised.

Location was good, close to the newly developed waterfront area and walking distance to all main areas of the city we wished to visit. Breakfast was a small selection but was all that was needed for our stay - breakfast waiter was very helpful (even when the coffee machine was broken and unable to be used on the 2nd day).

On arrival at the hotel the room we were given hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests and the beds were not made etc. The hotel offered to send someone to make the beds which was not suitable... these should have been a full clean and disinfect. Eventually after some persuasion we were given a new room. This should be a simple check before handing out the room keys ... the ironing board etc was all still left out and practically still warm! On the second night of our stay, both rooms we had booked had the key cards de-activated as if we had already checked out. This was inconvenient but reception staff were prompt to resolve so not a huge issue in the end. The overall condition of the hotel is definitely not a 4 star property. This is closer to a high 2 star or 3 star at best. The facilities are dated and in need of refurb. The shower is powerful but with no door on the shower cubicle the whole bathroom is like a swimming pool by the time you are finished ... The first floor landing is like a launderette with the cleaning staff having bedsheets, pillow cases, towels etc all over the floor so a trip hazard for anyone looking to use the stairs down to the main reception. Again - would not expect anything like this setup in a 4* property. The toilet in one of the rooms we had booked didn't work so we had to constantly leave the room and walk down to reception to use the bathroom - raised with staff on the 2nd night of our stay but nothing was done to check this or send maintenance to fix. I'm not one to go into lengthy reviews but a lot of these issues can be easily resolved by the hotel management and the property would be far better suited.

These nuances left an unpleasant impression.

One of the advantages of the hotel is its location, it is a 10-minute walk from the central Knyaz Mikhail Street.

However, the service is lame. We left early in the morning for an excursion to the mountains , we warned the administrator in advance about the impossibility of having breakfast and asked him to prepare a dry ration. They didn't do it. We had a child with us, so during the tour we were looking for a place to feed him. Upon returning (late in the evening), they found that the room had not been cleaned, the towels had not been replaced (they remained wet).

Everything from the check-in to the check out. The staff was exceptional . My favorite person was the housekeeping manager. She has that warm and welcoming smile that makes clients feel home 🏡

Everything's great, we'll come again

Very nice hotel. Took a double room initially for one person, ended up in a tight spot and the hotel staff helped check in. I express my gratitude! Very tasty breakfasts and clean rooms. The cleaning service goes every day. The hotel is in the very centre of the city, all attractions within walking distance. There were problems with wifi On the 6th floor, but the reception girl was able to solve the problem on a weekday and provided a free room to work on for 6 hours. The workers go out of their way to meet visitors and are always ready to help.

Everything we didn't like was discussed personally with the hotel staff and we were helped to resolve all issues

I'm was with my daughter in this holiday we enjoyed it's around the center of belgrade you can walk and discover the places also our room was comfortable the bed is very good housekeeping very good all the personal in the hotel respectful 🙂

Just one complain it's about the breakfast every day same I don't liked also my daughter doesn't liked she never taked breakfast with me she's child 8 years old and they not consider the food for child but on general is good place to stay and enjoy the moment 🙂

Not worth the cost. Just a basic hotel really.

Room was huge, hotel was easy to find and well situated for access to the central bus station and waterfront area. Check in staff were friendly .

Breakfast was late and badly communicated which resulted in me missing breakfast before I had to catch a bus. hotel seemed to have a cold vibe to it as apposed to warming and welcoming. I dont think it is worth the £75 I paid at all and would definitely look at another option next time.

Only the location.

Old and oudated. Like they've made transformation from business building into hotel rooms. No sound isolation, very noisy from the street below. Breakfast was very poor, like they don't make top up, and coffe they serve was bad. When one group of people left, there were no clean glasses and cups, they didn't clean the tables. Wouldn't go here again.
