Erdvūs buto tipo apartamentai antrame namo aukšte. Rami vieta. Ramūs kaimynai, jokio triukšmo. Įskaičiuota pilna kableinė (telia su tv laidų archyvu). Internetas įskaičiuotas. Parkingas privačiame namo kieme, bendras su kitais namo gyvenjais.
Kadangi didelis plotas tai matyt nelabai visko ir besusitvarko. Labiausiai kliuvo tvarka, dulkės kampuose, nešvari virtuvė ir spintelių vidus, nešvarūs indai, apie dėmesį detalėms parodo labai nusidėvėjusi tefloninė keptuvė. Na bet cia lietuviškų booking.com klasika, atvažiuoji ir da-sitvatkai kas jau labai trukdo, na bet ne brangiausias ir variantas bet bentjau tvarkos kad ir kukliame būste norėtųsi tikrai daugiau :). Būtina dar paminėti, kad pasikeistų dušo galvos laikiklį, galėtų jau ir hermetiką apie dušo kabina pasikeisti nes papelyjes ir vandenį kažkur leidžia, taip pat nustebino dizaino elementas grindų apvadai panaudoti vidaus durų apvadams. Taip pat trūksta normalių naktinių užuolaidų. Svarbu paminėti ko nėra aprašyme, kad pirmame aukšte gyvena savininkų šeimos narys.

Нужно подниматься по очень крутой лестнице. Для детей это небезопасно, особенно когда идёт дождь: становится скользко и есть риск упасть. До озера коляской тяжело добираться.
