The apartment has potential to be a great place to stay.

From the moment you walk in you see no doors on the bedroom and living room and no door frames. Nails are sticking out of the floor where the rooms join. There is a big tile missing in the toilet. Both extractors are sealed with duct tape. The shower pressure is non existent. There is no cold water in the apartment. The balcony looks like it's about to fall of. The side of the sofa in the living room is near enough broken off. There is no rug or coffee table in the living as shown in the pictures. No tea towels or kitchen towels provided. No pots or pans for cooking. Only 2 tea spoons available. The wardrobe in the entry has no space to store anything as it's full of construction stuff.

It's terrible! The rooms are messy, there are no doors, although the photos show rooms with doors. When I called the owner, he said we are doing a lot of renovations. You can see that everything is dirty. It's scary to touch. I told the owner that I wouldn't stay here with my children. I quickly found another apartment. He didn't even tell Booking that we didn't stay. We are still waiting for a refund. Your customer service is very bad. It's impossible to call you. You answered my message after weeks, although you have to answer within 24 hours.

We liked only location and view from the window

The entire apartment smelled of cigarette smoke, the trash hadn't been taken out, so the kitchen smelled even worse on top of that. The bed linen had a "slow-drying laundry" odor, the pillows were old and unpleasant, and the whole apartment was dirty.

The only thing we liked is the view from the balcony.

The real condition of the apartment is far from the photos. The renovation was done a long time ago. There is only one light bulb in each room, some are so dim that it is enough to not hit the furniture. There is no light in the refrigerator, but there are other people's food. Dirty dishes. When renting for 4 people - only 3 forks and a couple of cups. The bed linen is dirty and wet. The toilet lock may jam. Etc, etc… The apartment is not cozy, but causes stress.

Только расположение! Больше ничего! Апартаменты в ужасном состоянии!

Апартаменты в ужасном состоянии и описание их не соответствует действительности! Чтобы попасть туда пришлось несуразное звонить хозяину! Коды не соответствовали тем что прислал хозяин квартиры! Когда вошли туда ужаснулись от увиденного! Разбитый экран телевизора, вырванные розетки, разломанные чайники!

Все шо дійсно варте своїх грошей в цій квартирі, це вид з вікна, 14 поверх, вид прекрасний

Майже все не сподобалося, фото не відповідають реальності. Ліжок багато - постіль чисту знайшли лиш одну, все інше в плямах, із неприємним запахом і пом'яте. Постіль сушать у шафі на вішаках поряд з іншою типу чистою білизною, подушками та ковдрами, в результаті все сире. Та чиста постіль ло ми знайшли вся різна, не комплект, в катишках. Про якість подушок я взагалі мовчу. Чистота в квартирі не підтримується, посуда та що помита лежить біля умивальника, ту що на полицях прийшлось перемивати; штори всі пильні, сірі на грязні таке враження що їх вже не один рік не прали. На кухні вся посуда різна, таке враження що пішли десь позбирали по одній тарілці, виделці і принесли в дім. В квартирі дуже холодно, ніякого ковра як на фото немає, з вікон піддуває, опалення майже не гріє. Єдине тепле місце - туалет. Телевізори зламані, не працюють. Сходити в душ також не вийде, так як душ зламаний, вода тече лише з однієї сторони. З приводу пральної машини - вона є, але розетки куди її підключити немає, тому як вона має працювати залишається загадкою. Добре що знімали лише на дві ночі і далі вона була зайнята..

Самое ужасное жилье в моей жизни. Не советую никому

Очень грязная квартира. В коридоре песок и камни. Все жирное, липкое, противно трогать. В ванной комнате лежала грязная, мокрая половая тряпка с волосами, в самой ванной волосы, в том числе и в сливе, грязный пол, к которому прилипают ноги. А, и вдобавок бегают тараканы. Один выбежал из ванной(со слива), ещё одного убила на кухне(сидел под губкой для мытья посуды). На кухне грязная батарея, возле стола грязные обои, около мусорного ведра нашла кастрюлю с какой-то вонючей жидкостью. Микроволновка жирная и с остатками засохшей пищи. Духовка в ужасном состоянии. Вытяжка в жиру и не работает. Грязные, заляпаные выключатели. Освещения на кухне плохое, штор нет. Розетка около ванной комнаты только одна и оплавлена. Стиральная машина в плесени. Двери в комнаты не закрываются. Спать было невозможно холодно, дует со всех окон и откосов. В квартире всего 2 стула, хотя спальных месть 6. Если сдаете жилье, пожалуйста, приведите его в порядок. Тут не виновата "уборщица", тут хозяину наплевать на своих гостей. Отдых испорчен. Очень жалею денег потраченных на это жилье.
