Great location, comfortable stay.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere from this place. The room is small, but you still have everything you need for the comfortable stay.

Always check the door lock, because sometimes it doesn't lock when you leave. Also, you can hear everything that's going on outside and behind the door so it might affect your sleep. Found some things under the bed from previous guests.

Good location, but that’s where the positives end. Cold bathroom, lack of communication, broken amenities, mold issues,

The location was very good and is honestly the only real advantage of this place.

The room was only moderately warm, while the bathroom was extremely cold. There was no radiator, and cold air came from both the floor and the suspended ceiling. • I contacted the property multiple times via Booking to ask for additional heating or a room change, as the bathroom cold was unbearable. I never received any response — even days later — which is unacceptable. • The hair dryer listed as an amenity was broken and clearly burned out. • The bathroom smelled strongly of dampness and mold. Visible mold stains were present and appeared to have been poorly covered with bleach in the past. • Cleanliness was poor overall. Large cobwebs were visible in several places. • Fixtures and fittings (door handles, electrical sockets, bathroom accessories) were very low quality, with paint peeling off many of them.

Lovely apartment. Really warm, clean, great location. Small but perfect for our needs - recommended!

It was wonderfully warm in a very cold city!! Very clean and lovely and quiet. Room was cleaned and towels changed when not expecting it which was a nice touch. However replacement towels were not left, so contacted the host and this was dealt with quickly. Great communication with the host, would really recommend the apartment.

Property is conveniently located in the heart of Vilnius's Old Town. The room is clean. Property is located in quiet area.

We stayed here for the first time in October 2024 and loved it so much we decided to book a room through Booking.com again next year in October 2025. Unfortunately, our three-day vacation turned into a nightmare. First, we were given a small, narrow room on the ground floor. The website calls it a double room. The room is 3 by 4 meters (10 x 13 feet). The room was so small that we had no room to put our baggage. We were told we didn't look at the photos when choosing the room, but that's not true. We looked carefully. I even double-checked. The photos show larger rooms than they allocated to us. Second, the heating in the room was turned off, and we spent a day without it because... Third, the customer service support is terrible. We sent messages through the account and called the number listed at the hotel, but they answered after a day. Overall, it was cold. There is no heater in the bathroom, which is also cold and uncomfortable. When we asked for compensation, they referred us to Booking.com. It's a shame that a good hotel turned into a scam in just a year.

It was horrible when we came back in the middle of the night and could not open the doors, because the automatic doors wasn’t working. We could not enter the property our things were left inside, we had to pay expensive hotel not to be left to sleep outside

Very clean, nice details, quiet location. Even though it’s very small, there’s still a very comfortable, double bed.

The walls are very thin, you can hear people talking in the hall and on the other side of the wall. Bring soms earplugs.

Cozy and tidy rooms in a beautiful area of Vilnius .

The rooms was completely spotless, I can tell the owners make a very big effort to keep it clean and tidy. The location could not be better because it was on a quiet street but just half a block away from a very nice area with lots of cafe's and restaurants. I would 100% stay here again when I am back.

Prostitutes!

Location was great and room was ok. I liked being in the courtyard off the main road. Cleanliness very good. The cleaning staff were pleasant to talk to and non-intrusive. It was nice that there was a little fridge to keep my varske, salads and yogurts etc cool.

Very impersonal. Stilted and distant communication from hosts. Rude people in Neighbouring apartments banging doors and talking loudly in in staircase at all different hours.At 02:00 one morning a scantily-clad woman rushed down the stairs after the sounds of noisy sex! Maybe she was a prostitute! She looked like a bride in distress! Annoying door locks where you had to have 3 different codes.

not good value/performance

Location is close to old town of Vilnius. Everything is automatized with lock.

Entrance door is so thin it is hard to enter. You should consider a bigger entrance door. One day, I woke up with sweep sound from garden. Sleep is more important than cleanness of garden. No luggage storage oppurtunity. Bed could be more cleaner.

Great location, quiet and clean.

The room (Nos 12) was very small, almost impossible for two people to pass. Only one pillow each person and no access to get a spare one. Lack of air circulation made bathroom very wet.

It is exceptional rental, wonderful location yet very quiet at night. The bed is very comfortable, and the apartment is well kept and sparkling clean.

If there is anything to add, it would be a suggestion to have eating utensils (forks, knives and spoons). Otherwise, the kitchen is fully stocked and clean. I would not take away from 10 star rating due to that.

Room was lovely & modern, very clean and quiet. Situated in the old town and a short walk to everything. Main bus station is only 10min walk away.

3 codes to get into the property & couldn’t lock door ourselves, it automatically locks, didn’t feel very safe. Property also stipulates you won’t get codes unless you fill in personal information online & also sent messages stating “ONLY allowed access from 3pm day of check in till 11am day of check out” otherwise would be charged €10/hr. Tone doesn’t feel very friendly or flexible. Soap pump in shower had no label so had no idea if it was shower gel, shampoo??

Nice City break in Vilnius

We liked how secure the property is and its location near the old town and sights of interest. The kitchenette could've been more equipped if people were staying for longer and some interaction with human staff would've been welcomed. A door or some form of separation from the bedroom to the living area would be good if there are 3 guests for some privacy. All in all a good comfortable apartment in an ideal location in the centre of Vilnius.

Excellent stay in the heart of old city of Vilnius

The location is perfect, right in the old city center. The room was really nicely furnished and very comfortable. We could also leave our luggage at the property, since we came earlier than check-in was possible. Also it is very convenient, since the key collection is via a password key box.

Everything was excellent, the only thing that we noticed were the cold floors in the bathroom, but that is a minor detail.
