Value for money in the business district

The apartment offers a very good balance between price and quality. The location in the business district was ideal, and the view of the city from the window (and the balcony) was a highlight.

The floor space is limited, making it most suitable for a single traveler. Additionally, during the extreme cold weather (-20°C), the heating struggled to keep the room comfortably warm despite being set to maximum.

For price - fair deal.

It was easy to get keys. Before arrival we received SMS stating door code and code for key box. The apartment building also has a nice roof terrace with a great view.

The windows could have been cleaner as well as ventilation hole at the bathroom and bed sheets which had a strange black stripe on the corner. We only had one toilet paper roll, and there were no extra ones available at the apartment. At the end of stay the payment process was a little odd.

Great location.

The apartment was too cold, at least for the first evening and night. There wasn’t any coffee, tea or sugar, it’s not a problem, but still.. The windows in the balcony were really difficult to close, something was not working as it should be. A blanket for the bed was too thin, so it was too cold to sleep at night, in the summer it would be fine, but now in winter not so much. It was difficult to find a parking space.

Disappointing: Noisy, far, beautified photos, pricey, industrial area, only 2nd floor

Checkin is easy and there is a rooftop.

The apartment is next to a noisy road, so can’t open the windows or use the balcony. Also the name is missleading since most apartments are not on high floors. Furniture in most apartments is not as nice as the photos, and “sky studio” is located 15min outside old town in an industrial area. So check the photos and location carefully before booking. The shower and fridge were not clean. There are plenty nicer apartments in old town for the same money (50€), so I would only recommend if no other options are available or if they reduce the price to 30€/night.

Great quality for longer stay

4th floor, lift, great location if you are with a car, with Bolt 7-8€ from the old town, perfect for a longer stay, possibility to cook.

The flat was cleaned in main areas, sheets were clean, but dirty and dusty corners, near walls in the bathroom, especially in a shower.

Great studio near Vilnius center

This studio had everything what I needed : wifi, hairdryer, washing machine, cooking place...Big window made studio cosy. Really cool that in bathroom floor is heated. I really enjoyed staying at this place and would definately come back there again and recommend to others who would like to stay for day or for long period. You would feel like at home :)

My only dislike was that there was no coffee, or tea, or milk,... to have a drink after travelling so far to get there. So I would advise people to bring their own, or stop off at a shop beforehand.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! 👍😊 The studio apartment is a nice size, adequate for a couple staying here. The kitchen, living room and bedroom are all one. It was very late at night when I arrived here, and I couldn't find the apartment block. But I rang Egle and she told me where it was, and I was delighted, especially because my phone's battery was at 5% at this stage. 😕 I was impressed with the heating in the studio. Even though I turned it off, it was still warm and cosy. The double bed was very comfortable to sleep in. I also loved that there were blinds on the windows, so that you had total privacy at night. The balcony was small, but greatly appreciated if you needed some fresh air. The bathroom was adequate, with a brilliant shower and a washing machine fitted in same. 👍 Overall, I found the studio apartment to be adequate, clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back to stay here again. I also loved the price, considering you are only 15 minutes of a drive away from Cathedral Square. I always found that there was plenty of parking on the street, located off a main busy road. So there was never a problem parking here and it was free. Even though it is a very busy road beside the apartment block, I would also like to say that I found the apartment to be very quiet, and you couldn't hear the traffic outside at all!... which in turn, allows you to sleep peacefully. 👍😊 The TV also had plenty of channels to view, and they were in different languages also. The wifi was also excellent. 👍😊 Thank you so much to Egle and Martynas for allowing me to stay in your apartment. By the way, Egle has excellent English. So there won't be a problem communicating. 👍🤗

Quite good value for a price

Light cozy space, good location to park, grocery stores and other services, parking was not a problem even though the space is public.

Flat could be more clean. Building is quite close to a busy street, so white noise is to be expected.

All as advertised

All good, all what you need. Internet speed excellent, parking spaces available. Places to eat out nearby, the same for shopping. Cooking facilities also very good.

Even though it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the studio or its balcony, it seems that some guests did not obey this rule some time in the past. We, as non smokers immediately felt some trace of the smell. Not fresh, but the one that penetrated the walls / furniture. Not cruicial. Just a remark to fine smokers even more.

Ok accomodations

The apartment was clean and in a quiet area. Grocery stores nearby and a bus stop which is convenient. Owner is friendly and helpful :)

The apartment felt a bit tiny and cramped. Not much room, especially for 2 people. A bit overpriced considering it is more like a hotel room rather than an apartment.
