Very nice apartment, clean and cosy. Very comfy parking. Lift is near the car and near the apartment. Super location - everything you need is near. Friendly host, very quickly replayed all questions. Highly recommend!

Clean apartment. There was coffee and sugar available in the kitchen. A parking space in the underground garage was included. Apartment with terrace.

We were surprised that payment had to be made by bank transfer. The hosts asked us to pay immediately upon arrival. We arrived late in the evening, were tired, and went out for dinner. Later, I found messages on Booking.com, on WhatsApp, as well as some missed calls asking whether we had already paid. After making the transfer, we were asked to send proof of payment. This communication made us feel uncomfortable, as it seemed that our word was not trusted. Another issue was that the address listed on Booking.com was Ulvydo g. 11, but the apartment we were given was located on Lebedžio Street. While the distance was not significant, it was unexpected and differed from the address shown at the time of booking. We also missed some basic amenities. There were no paper towels or kitchen cloths available, and no laundry detergent despite there being a washing machine. The toilet paper provided was of very poor quality. The apartment was booked for four guests, but only two beds were prepared upon arrival. We had to make up the remaining beds ourselves. The bed in the bedroom was uncomfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak, and the water temperature was inconsistent, frequently changing from cold to very hot. The toilet was also unusually low, making it feel more suitable for children than for adults.
