Very cool and well equipped place, with gaming and movies room, which was surprising. There was also a gym and many places to hang out. The coffee machine had pretty good coffee from Illy, which is never the case. Close enough to old town.

Everything is automated. The garage opens using a phone number, and the doors are accessed with a key card. It’s a quiet place, well suited for work. There is a desk and a kitchen in the room, as well as a shared kitchen. The garage is underground. All instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Self check-in is available. Despite some drawbacks, considering the length of the stay (four nights), the price, and the number of people, the place is overall quite good.
Communication with the staff was done via email. The staff were very polite, responsive, and always willing to help.
During the holiday period from December 24 to December 27 (although the official holidays were only on the 24th and 25th), there was no staff present at the hotel. The staff mentioned by email that they were off only on the 24th. A phone number was provided for contact, but it would have been reassuring to have someone on site in case of questions or emergencies (for example, if a key card is accidentally left in the room).
Another downside was the shower drainage in one of the rooms. The drainage system was poorly designed: when washing dishes in the kitchen, water would come out of the shower, and when showering, water could flow into the hallway.
The rooms are functional but not very cozy. They are fine for a short stay, but not ideal for longer stays or for those looking for a very comfortable, home-like atmosphere.
Some small but important kitchen items were missing: there was either only one dish sponge or none at all, no dishwashing liquid, no hand soap, no spare trash bags, and no kitchen towels or napkins. The kitchen and dishes are provided, but these small essentials were lacking.
