Generous size, comfortable bed.
Absence of a brush&shovel for taking up small bits of the carpet. Absence of a guard rail on the stairs in the foyer.

It’s simple and clean. No tea or coffee to make cup a tea. Location not bad .
The noise it’s been absolutely ridiculous every night till 2-4am . Paper walls. Need a lot insulation or some sort of improvement ..
