Basic basement rooms with parking lot view.

Location good.

Apartment advertised as interior garden view. Unfortunately it's a parking lot with cars within very close proximity to windows. Indicated as ground floor but is actually in basement with very poor lighting going down the steps which are also crumbling. Double bed enclosed by 3 walls with no access room on the sides. Very difficult to access even on the 4th side, with only about 12 inches to use. Badly arranged living/dining room. TV in centre of both areas, flat on wall which cannot be viewed. TV router sat precariously upside down on top of TV screen so daren't move screen to view.

Lovely stay!

It’s a very cozy and tidy place which felt like home! The area is perfect - walking distance from the inner city, 15 min away from the Vingis park and has all necessities around.

It’s a challenge to get a parking spot in the inner yard but you can get lucky! The neighbors are very kind so easy to move your car when needed.

The apartment was spacious and safe. All needed things were there, Host was great.

The floor has been damaged by water and was unpleasent to walk The apartment is in basement and the windows to the inner yard. In the morning there are noise when everybody going to work, starting the cars.

Amazing place with perfect location. Walking distance around 15 minutes to the Old Town and Business Center. Private parking. Perfectly equipted apartament no matter if you would like to stay for a night or for a month. Very friendly hosts who take care and ask if you are ok. :) They are also pet friendly :)

Checking in was easy and the communication with the host (through messages on booking.com) was great as well - they quickly answered all the questions. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, as well as coffee, tea, sugar and oil.

Расположены апартаменты в 20 минутах (пешком) от старого города на первом этаже (окна низкие во двор). Наши окна выходили прямо на парковку (есть жалюзи). Если вы с коляской, то заходить удобно как раз со двора, нет лестниц. Ближайший большой продуктовый магазин 850 метров. Инструкция по получению ключей очень четкая и понятная. Пульт от ворот во двор имеются в апартаментах, поэтому удобнее сначала зайти за ними, а потом уже заезжать на машине во двор на парковку. Проезд довольно узкий, но сильных проблем не возникло с этим, но лучше учесть перед приездом. Ширина нашей машины вместе с зеркалами 2.100 m. Хозяйка знала, что мы будем с малышем, позаботилась об этом: был и стульчик для кормления, и пеленки, влажные салфетки, игрушки, книжки. В ванной были и шампунь и гель и фен, стиральная машина и полотенца. На кухне кофе аппарат delongi и электрический чайник (керамический), холодильник и всё, что нужно для готовки и сервировки стола. Имеется также чай, кофе, соль, сахар, масло для салатов и специи. Стол был раздвижной и мы могли всей семьей поместиться без проблем (2 стула деревянных + 2 табуретки. Места для хранения вещей также достаточно, также есть домашние тапочки. Кондиционер также есть, но он не сразу подаёт теплый воздух (мы были в декабре) немного нужно подождать, хотя пользовались им только утром, т.к зима достаточно теплая была. Кровать достаточно широкая и удобная, подушки мягкие, на диване спокойно можно поместиться вдвоём. Розетки в достаточном количестве, с интернетом и телевизором не возникло никаких проблем.

Пожалуй только слышимость, переживали, что дети могут мешать соседям, хотя спать мы ложимся довольно рано). А всё остальное было отлично.

für unsere Vorhaben hat die Lage perfekt gepasst, gemütlich!

gemütliches, sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer; relativ neu; hat an Ausstattung alles, was man braucht, genug Tee, Kaffee, Gewürze zum Kochen,... Parkplatz vorhanden; Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut; Lage perfekt für unsere Vorhaben zwischen dem Vingis Park (#parkrun) und der Altstadt, alles war für uns fußläufig erreichbar!; gemütliche Nische mit dem Bett; sehr gute Dusche! für unsere Vorhaben hat die Lage perfekt gepasst, für reines Altstadt Sightseeing wäre ein näheres Hotel empfehlenswert, da in der Umgebung des Zimmers keine Essensmöglichkeiten sind und man doch ein Stück gehen muss...

sind generell keine Freunde vom Online-oder Self-Check-In; haben den Gastgeber nicht getroffen, zwar haben alle Informationen gepasst, aber ohne Handy wäre es nicht machbar und man muss sich alles selbst suchen; trotz Informationen haben wir länger gebraucht, um den Parkplatz ums Eck zu finden und sind Extra-Runden gefahren; Parkplatz ist auch relativ voll, wenn hier kein Platz ist, muss man an der Straße parken und bezahlen...

Pequeño, pero perfectamente distribuido.

Tenía todos los accesorios necesarios, nos dejaron café y se comunicaron conmigo proactivamente para ofrecerme un check In anticipado. A pesar de su tamaño estaba bien distribuido. Nos dejaron implementar de lavandería.

La verdad que todo bien. Un punto de mejora podría ser que las toallas tenían un olor como a humedad. No es nada extremadamente grave, pero quizás el secado no fue bueno esta vez. Tampoco lo comentamos durante la estadía por que no nos pareció algo inmanejable. Todo lo demás perfecto.

Gemütliche Wohnung praktisch um Vilnius zu erkunden.

Self check in prima erklärt. Innen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht: Kaffee, Tee, etc, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, etc...Parkplätze im Innenhof, zu Fuss zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten möglich.

Die Hausflure - Zugang zur Wg etwas abschreckend. Wg im Souterrain uns damit Blick direkt auf die Autos und den wenig einladenden Innenhof.

Pirmas aukštas, tai jei langas atidarytas - girdisi laukinių durų darinėjimasis (nors laukinės durys į vidinį kiemą, tai itin netrukdė, nes vaikščiojimas ne toks intensyvus). Siauroka miegamojo lova.

Сподобалось абсолютно ВСЕ! Починаючи від господарки помешкання до проживання в ньому! Дуже чиста квартира, в якій все продумано до дрібниць! Зручно, комфортно, затишно та безпечно! Власниця квартири питала чи зручно нам, чи щось потрібно ще! Дозволили заїхати раніше по часу, та виїхати пізніше, аби не чекати довго на автостанції. Дуже сподобалось абсолютно ВСЕ!
