The apartment is brand new (the construction of the building has just finished), and it looks like in the pictures. It's a modern, bright apartment. A bit smaller than expected, but perfect for a couple or a small group. It has the amenities needed to stay there comfortably for shorter and longer term. It's in a nice and central location, close to a huge supermarket, a big park, and easy access to the city center by public transport or even by walking.

I think hosts could make quite a few improvements to make the guests feel much more welcome, especially for the amount charged. 1. I arrived at the apartment late, at around 9pm. I found a dryer full of washing that was stuck mid-cycle. When I messaged the host, I first got a not-so-friendly short response from somebody, which was later followed up by a much friendlier and more helpful message from what I understood was a company managing the property. They asked me to empty the dryer tank, after which the cycle continued. That on its own wouldn't be a big deal, but the problem was that the dryer had three full sets of bedding and lots of towels inside, which of course made it impossible to dry everything out in one cycle. So basically, the first night I was taking care of the washing of the previous guests. Suggestion for the hosts: when bigger groups stay in the apartment, consider using an industrial washer/dryer outside of the unit so that washing/drying time doesn't overlap with the check-in of new guests. 2. When I arrived, there was not a single towel in sight. Only after going through all shelves and drawers did I find one tucked away. Most of the time airbnb hosts leave towels on a bed, or another place where it's easy to find them. It's something I'd suggest the hosts of this property consider as well. 3. The shower has no curtain or any other barrier to stop the water from splashing everywhere when showering and leaving a mini pool on the floor. I saw other guests mentioning this as well a while ago - I think even a simple shower curtain would make a big improvement. 4. I couldn't find a single dishwasher pod, and there was just one roll of toilet paper provided for a 10-day stay. Maybe it was just a coincidence, and the property just ran out of these things, but I think hosts should check that more carefully.

Dušą reikėtų patvarkyti, vanduo bėga per galvos šonus, nėra jokios užuolaidėlės ar stiklinės sienelės, viskas bėga ant žemės. Instrukcijose prašoma palikti miesto mokestį, ant stalo, paliekant patalpas, nors bookingo kainoje tai įvertinta. Pateikus pastabą, paaiškinta, kad instrukcijos pasenusios ir jos bus pataisytos.
