The flat is very spacious, with a large dining kitchen, two separate sitting rooms, and an outdoor roof terrace. The views across Edinburgh from the terrace are exceptional. Kitchen has some very posh appliances and plenty of utensils etc. There's a supermarket a few minutes walk away, along with some reasonable takeaways. Tram and bus stops are quite close by too, so getting into the centre of the city isn't too difficult.

The entranceway and stairs is quite messy, but that's down to the neighbours, not the host.

The owner was amazing! He went out of his way to return some items left behind! Great customer service!

Long way from Royal Mile.

Good price for Edinburgh. Big enough for 2 families of nine people.2 mins walk from the direct bus to Princes street, so 16 Mins to the centre. next to Sainsbury’s, aldi and McDonald. Well equipped kitchen. Clean bedding and towels. Two toilets. Spacious.

We opted for a self check in which went smooth until we found out the key left in a locker was for a different door. We couldn’t get in the property so we tried calling the contact number - no response and no one called back ever. We managed to get in without the key and found the right key in the apartment. The block of flat doesn’t feel particularly safe if you stay with kids. There are junkies living on the third floor and they leave excrements on the stairs. The apartment only has one bathroom which is not enough for so many people. The water pressure is practically non existent so hard to have a shower. If you put the shower to eco, it’s slightly better. Carpets everywhere seem really dusty. Carpets in the bathroom?! 🤮 the whole apartment could good do with a deep clean. Underwear left in drawers. The renovations seem to be ongoing. Pictures looks better than the actual place.
