This house works really well if you need a greta base outside of Sheffield city centre.

Great house, great location (10 mins to get to Ponds Forge for swimming championship or just get into the city centre) and easy to stay and relax in the house. Worked well for 6 of us.

The mattress in the first floor front bedroom is rather soft/tired. But what disturbed us more were the idiots who drive up the road outside as if it's a racetrack - in a 20 mile zone, with traffic lights at the top of the hill. This is NOT the fault of the owners of the property - but it did negatively impact on us.

Lovely stay!

7 of us went on a girls weekend, and it was perfect. Comfy beds, dining table big enough for a group. The host's communication was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Great property just a little cold on the lover levels in the winter.

Pleasant, easily assessable to where we needed to go, felt like a fairly safe area

It as like a home from home, we had everything we needed so it was great!

The road was a-bit loud at night, drunk people waking passed shouting and quite a-bit of traffic noise too so kept some of us awake until early hours! Only downfall

Nice property- spacious bedrooms

It was not the property we booked as the original property had a flood. We were given this as an alternative and it was slightly further out from university so cost us more in taxis. I discussed this with David that rang me to change property and ask if there was anything in terms of a small reimbursement and I have heard nothing back. Also there was no hairdryer

Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice house to stay in when visiting Sheffield.

Great hosts. Very accommodating and answered every question promptly. Great that towels and washing up stuff were provided. Great location (as only 5 mins away from family who we were visiting). Plenty of sleeping space.

Just a few little maintenance issues but have informed the host who is going to fix them. Did not impact stay.

We were a group of 7. All the bedrooms were excellent and really comfortable. Decor was great. The kitchen was well equipped although there was a shortage of cutlery for the number of people that could stay. The kitchen table was big enough for all of us to sit round.

The advert said 2 sofa beds in the living room. But this was misleading as there was only 1 double. It could potentially have caused us a big problem as we would have needed 2 separate beds. In the end one of our group could not make the weekend so we didn't need it. But can I request that you change the advert please?

Enough space in the living room and kitchen for everyone to sit down that was staying, often even in 3/4 bedroom houses there isn’t enough space in the other areas of the house.

Lovely clean accommodation with comfortable beds and easy on street parking.

Excellent communication beforehand. The property was clean and well equipped. We were a group travelling with three babies so it was very useful that a travel cot could fit in each bedroom!

If you need the room to be pretty dark to sleep, avoid the front bedroom as quite a bit of streetlight came in around the blind.

If I was to nit pick, the doors swung out onto the landing upstairs which could be a problem if someone was on the outside. The smallest room was cramped but other than that it was a lovely house.

Excellent property, very clean and tidy and perfect for our family group, six adults and three children. Little touches

it was perfect, very clean and perfect space for our group of nine. we were there for family wedding and it meant we could all get ready in good time and it was close to our wedding venue. there was also great parking as our group had three vehicles.

Cosy House, great for large groups

Pretty much everything was great - towels, toiletries and the basics were provided, which was appreciated. There was a cosy living room as well as a spacious dining room, so perfect for a larger group.

The only issue is that it is a LITTLE far out from the centre, if you plan on going into town a lot, but Sheffield has great taxi services so it’s really a minor thing - but if you’re in a large group, it’s worth booking taxis in advance (especially because of covid you aren’t allowed in the front seat sometimes, so plan numbers ahead!)

Excellent 😁😍

Excellent beautiful house & clean. They have 2 bathrooms 1 with a shower other 1 bath. both are very good water running perfectly. Got a new sofa when we reached there & it's very comfortable. The host is very good and easy to contact. No worry about the food because very near to the Asda supermarket and costa, MacDonald & many more restaurants. 30minutes to Peak district . Highly recommend. Thank you David.

Everything from utensils, microwave and other important things that were needed during our stay were provided. Also, the place was quite local to places where we were visiting as well. The host was very communicative and easy to get hold of.

The property was very clean, and was very well equipped with everything you could need. Extras were also included like washing/dishwasher tablets, body wash, shampoo etc.

We found the 2 sofas in the living room very uncomfortable, quite a hard surface to relax on.
