Great house, great location (10 mins to get to Ponds Forge for swimming championship or just get into the city centre) and easy to stay and relax in the house.
Worked well for 6 of us.
The mattress in the first floor front bedroom is rather soft/tired. But what disturbed us more were the idiots who drive up the road outside as if it's a racetrack - in a 20 mile zone, with traffic lights at the top of the hill. This is NOT the fault of the owners of the property - but it did negatively impact on us.

Lovely property. Clean (except the stairs carpet). Good location. Front road can be noisy but nothing the owner can control (plus I’m just not used to that where I live)
