Excellent location - it’s a quiet flat in the center of a vibrant old town. The AC was a huge plus. Comfortable beds (even the pullout couch).

Interesting attic apartment directly in the center of a beautiful historic town.

Location was directly in the center of town, so close to shopping, restaurants, sights, Christmas Market etc. With it being an attic apartment it has an interesting layout with the sleeping areas just separated by curtains and a very thin piece of wood. For one couple it was no issue and for families traveling with children, it is probably ok, but if multiple couples are wanting to stay there together, they shouldn't expect much privacy from each other. And the kitchen was pretty well stocked for a rental unit and the bathroom was quite large and well lit.

Cozy apartment in the heart of Bressanone

A wonderful and spacious apartment in the very center of Bressanone. I can only recommend. Well equipped, clean and in a perfect location. Very close to all city attractions. Paid parking quite nearby at a very reasonable price. The host was very supportive. Took great care to make sure that everything would work perfectly. Perfect communication.

Splendido Natale a Bressanone

L'appartamento si trova al centro di Bressanone. Posizione perfetta per muoversi e passeggiare. L'host è stato molto efficiente e gentile. Organizzazione perfetta.

Non ci torneremo

La posizione perchè è centralissimo

L’appartamento è ubicato al 4 piano di una palazzina alta. L’ascensore era fuori uso (il gestore ce lo ha comunicato circa 5’ minuti prima), le scale sono strette e ripide, quindi raggiungerlo è stato complicato perché avevamo valige grosse e pesanti. Ci sono anche gradini dentro. Inoltre, l’appartamento era freddo (ultimo piano, a tetto, in inverno a Bressanone!) e non siamo riuscite a stare calde. Un termosifone (su 3) non si è mai scaldato, era solo tiepido. Inoltre, l’appartamento era dato per CINQUE persone ma i letti sono angusti e impraticabili perchè sono sotto tetto, uno è a terra, tutti di piccole dimensioni (meno di 1,5 piazza e mezzo 2 su 3 letti, si veda foto), insomma difficile da vendere per CINQUE! Io avevo la lampada per illuminare la stanza il cui interruttore si raggiungeva praticamente gattonando sotto tetto sul letto per terra, col filo sulla faccia mentre dormivo. Se caricavo il cellulare però dovevo rinunciare alla luce della stanza perchè vi era una sola presa! La parte meglio illuminata è la dispensa. Le foto pubblicate qui non rendono.

Top Betreuung und top Lage

Die vorab Infos waren perfekt und somit auch der Checkin sehr komfortabel und easy. Die Lage ist großartig, mittendrin und doch recht leise. Toller Ausgangspunkt für diese schöne Stadt. Die Hilfsbereitschaft und Fürsorge vom Vermieter hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit sehr angenehmen Betten hat uns auch gut getan. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
