Great contact with the host. Keys accessed through a lock-box, so no hassle of synchronizing with the host. The property was very clean. Dedicated parking space outside of the building.

leider enttäuschend, auch durch das völlige Fehlen eines Ansprechpartners, denn dann hätte sich...

Lage ok, nähe zur Altstadt gut,

Schlüssel klemmten, ohne die Hilfe eines Nachbarn wären wir gar nicht hinein gekommen, der Vermieter war nur über Handy zu erreichen und sprach nur italienisch, obwohl Brixen eine überwiegend deutsch (südtirolerisch) srechende Bevölkerung hat. Das Fenster in der Wohn-Küche war nicht zu öffnen, jegliche Instruktionen waren nur italienisch und englisch , beim Induktionsherd passten einige Töpfe gar nicht, dafür gab es stark erhitzbare Unterlegplatten....für den Herd gab es überhaupt keine Instruktionen, es gab keine Gäste - und Brixencard ( was ja sonst standard ist) ,der Kellerraum konnte nicht genutzt werde. Am Abend vor unserer Abreise wurden wir über whatsapp zur Zahlung der " tourist tax" von 35 € aufgefordert,die auf dem Tisch zu hinterlegen ist, was wir natürlich taten. Zusammen mit verschiedenen Zusatzgebühren belief sich unsere Rechnung dann über 1113,70€ ---das erscheint uns angesichts der geringen Leistungen zu hoch...Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht!
