This was a beautiful property clean, spacious and in the city center close to restaurants and shops

We loved this property. We only stayed for 1 night and wished we could have stayed longer. It has a perfect location around the corner from the bus station and also right in the center of town. Right next door to the property is a market and bakery with lots of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. It was very easy to get around the area. The use of codes to open the main gate and the property were very convenient. The property was spacious, stylish and clean. I had a family of 5 and it was comfortable for all of us and I did not have to rent another room as we had to do at hotels to accommodate our number of family members. All my emails and messages were also answered promptly. The price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Gerharts Premium City Living to other travelers and will definitely stay with them again in the future.

Perfectly located in the heart of Brixen yet adjacent to transport options.

The property was modern and well laid out and equipped. The location so close to the main bus station was perfect for making the most of the Südtirol Card and gave the option of being able to bus to the train station or take the 7 minute walk. The staff were responsive to requests and self check in worked smoothly.

Location was good. Close to bus, train, and centre. Bed was comfortable. Property appeared new. The bathroom was large. There was a portable fan. Kitchen pots/pans/cups etc available. Coffee machine and coffee available.

No oil, salt, pepper. Basics would allow for ease to use the good kitchen. No air con. Can't leave windows open due to street noise overnight. The fan was okay, but the option of air-conditioning would be better. The online check in process is great when it works. There was an issue - i wasn't receiving the emails - we were able to resolve it by sending whatsapp - but I don't know how things would be resolved by someone less tech savy than I given no actual person/ reception. There were some odd marks on the wall / smudges from previous occupants near light switches etc. But otherwise the property appeared clean.

Excellent apartment. Definitely recommend to everyone. Worth the price paid.

The access to the apartment was beyond my expectations. The host sent me a link through which I was able to unlock all the doors including main gate, entrance and garage gates. This was super modern technology. The apartment is newly constructed with amazing modern amenities. The location is perfect, 3-4 minutes walk from the city bus station. The balcony has amazing views of the mountains. Also the host provided Brixen card for local transport which was so helpful.

As the apartment has phone lock-unlock system, it would been helpful if a door card is provided as sometimes when our phone doesn't have internet or is battery dead, it is difficult to unlock the doors.

appartment was modern and confortable with all facilities for short stay specially if for 2 people as was small, as we were 4, when sofa bed was open there was not much space to move around.

getting the keys to get in the appartment took us lot of time and much stress. could not enter in the parking as no code was provided previously, so we had to call to remote reception. Then, we stayed at the door for half an hour without being able to loggin online. ( as check in was digital) after lot of calls with reception we discovered our phone did not worked with that digital loggin, so we were told to go to basement room and ( with another code) open a safe box and got a card to open the app door. we wonder why this solution was not provided first instance. During our holidays we were in other places with digital check in and none was as cumbersome as this one.

Perfect apartment

.Excellent apartment, everything is new, really feels like a hotel .The location of the apartment is excellent, right on the pedestrian street of the beautiful town Laundry services free of charge, cleaning and changing towels during the stay (when we requested) .I have no doubt that I will return to this apartment and this magical city

.I was missing a view, and it is located in front of the university .When we were in the apartment, there were no classes, so it didn't bother us at all
