Cute apartment in fantastic location

fantastic location in a quiet part of the old town a 5 minute walk to the centre. Well equipped kitchen and good bathroom. Excellent communication with the owner and he provided some very useful tips for things to do with our kids in the locality. There is a charming bakery a few doors down the same street as the apartment

We were there during a hot week in August so it was hot at night without air conditioning. For most of the year this would not be a problem though :)

Exceptional

The apt was spotless, centrally located and the host was very kind and helpful. They gave us free passes for local attractions (Plosebahn ski lift etc) and it was really helpful and money-saving. There's a nice little bakery 20 meters away opening from 07.30am, very easy walking to the city center, shopping area and restaurants.

Modern and slick designed apartment. The location was excellent, just a two minute walk from the old city bridge which was very convenient and having the garage for parking was a nice bonus. The apartment was adequate for 4 people and the kitchen well equipped. Owners were very attentive to our needs. Would certainly stay here again. Thanks Pauli and Evi

The only minus was that the apartment didn’t have AC, however we had a few day’s of very hot weather!

Superb

We stayed during our travel to Tuscany in this appartement with our two kids and have to say that we were amazed by the charme of the town and the apartment! Lovely apartment with everything you need in the middle of the city center. Very clean and organised. The beds were very good and a lovely bathroom with rainshower. Everything was brand new. Perfect customer service! Plenty suggestions and ideas offered and very helpful hosts. Even four tickets to the aquapark were included. Certainly a recommendation worth!

Leuk appartement in Brixen!

Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Goede douche en keukentje. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Appartement ligt in een rustige straat op loopafstand van de stadje Brixen. Prijs kwaliteit is goed.

Een van de slaapkamers is klein. Maar voor ons was dit geen enkel probleem!

Stylische Ferienwohnung mit 2 Betten und Aufzug im Haus!

Total stylische Ferienwohnung in der es alles gibt was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht! Man wohnt mitten in den kleinen, engen Gassen von Brixen und ist in 3 Minuten Fußweg in der wunderschönen Bummelmeile von Brixen. Im Haus befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnungstür ein Aufzug, perfekt für z.b. Familien mit Buggy/ Kinderwagen. Der Parkplatz ist etwas weiter weg, in etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar, aber auch kein Problem. Alles in allem - sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite und service-orientierte Vermieter. Nettes, gut ausgestattetes Appartement in toller Lage. Alles tip-top organisiert und sehr aufmerksam. Entgegenkommende Anreise- und Abfahrtszeiten, "Live"-Navigation zu den Lade- und Parkplätzen, WA-Kontakte für Anfragen und sehr höfliche, unkomplizierte Art des Vermieters. Vielen Dank!

Tolle Wohnung für ein tolles Wochenende

Toll ausgestattete und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Super Lage - zu Fuß ist man in ein paar Minuten gleich in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, die Matratzen angenehm, großes Bad. Jederzeit wieder gerne.

Der Geruck des Öltanks im Eingangsbereich des Hauses war etwas irritierend ... aber in der Wohnung selbst war davon nichts zu merken

Bellissimo e nuovo appartamento in centro,pulito e arredato con gusto. Dotato di ogni comfort, ideale sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi, non manca nulla. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. La Brixen Card è stato un plus davvero gradito, ci ha permesso di visitare molti posti gratuitamente. Consigliatissimo!

Toller Urlaub mit Kindern mitten in der Stadt

Das Apartment war toll eingerichtet, lag super mitten in der Stadt und die Hosts waren wirklich sehr freundlich. Wir durften sogar früher einchecken, was mit zwei Kindern sehr praktisch war. Außerdem hat Pauli uns super Tips gegeben für Ausflüge, die auch die kleinen Kinder sehr begeistert haben. Es gibt sogar einen Aufzug zur Wohnung. Auch die Waschmaschine war praktisch. Die Brixencard ist super hilfreich - wir sind mit den Kindern viel Bus und vor allem Gondel gefahren.
