Well equipped and spacious apartment close to city center - overall very positive experience!

This is a well equipped, apartment in a contemporary building (consisting of more flats) on the 3rd floor - overall very positive experience. We especially liked several things: - It is 2 rooms apartment (so that kids having a separate space), - It is spacious - there is enough storage space, enough space for sitting/eating, - It is functional - kitchen being well equipped and there is working washing machine - Proximity to Aquapark and the old city center or shopping places - Underground garage space for car parking (small for bigger cars, but still perfectly manageable)

The wasn't anything major to mention - just minor things that can be fixed or further improved (and we have already communicated this to the owners): - We think the lightning / illumination of the rooms was a bit dark side - though this is subjective and we visited the place in winter time. - Really minor - but some equipment would benefit from a bit of a maintenance

Appartamento molto accogliente con tt i confort, cucina molto bella attrezzatissima, letti supercomodi anche il divano in sala, terrazzo con vista montagne, box con accesso diretto in casa con ascensore posizione a pochi passi dal Duomo. Silvia molto attenta e disponibile. Ci tornerò sicuramente atmosfera bella in tt I sensi. Un appartamento che puoi viverci tt l'anno perché c'è tt.

الموقع قريب من السنتر ويوجد موقف خاص للشقة وسليفا سمحت لنا بالدخول المبكر وتواصلت معي بالواتس اب والاثاث جديد ويوجد مطبخ ومكان هادئ ويوجد ليفت ويوجد مكيف صحاري صغير

كما ذكرت في وصف الشقة لا يوجد مكيف وهذا اتبعنا قليلاً لان الجو كان حار لا يوجد مكان مخصص لتفريغ زبالة المطبخ فيه في حال امتلئت (اعزكم الله) علماً بان سليفا وصفت المكان ولكن لم استطيع ايجاده صراحة اتعبنا تفريغ الزبالة بالذات للي معه طفل مثلي

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und gerne wieder

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und stilvoll dekoriert. wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir kamen von einem Festival mit Camping und waren sehr erfreut über die vorhandene Waschmaschine. Das Trinkwasser ist aus einer Quelle und schmeckt hervorragend. Für das Ankommen stand alles bereit und man konnte sofort mit einem Kaffee starten. Außerdem standen Spülmittel und Tabs für den Geschirrspüler bereit. Im Tiefkühler lagen 4 Kühlakkus und es gibt eine Wasserkaraffe, da kann man auf dem schönen Balkon das kalte, leckere Wasser genießen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon lädt zum Ausklingen des Tages ein. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Wohnung ist in der dritten Etage und für die sommerlichen Temperaturen steht eine mobile Klimaanlage zur Verfügung. Außerdem ist die Wohnung super mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Es hätte auch einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage gegeben, aber da wir mit dem Bulli angereist sind, konnte wir die leider nicht nutzen (die Maße hat die Vermieterin uns vorher zukommen lassen). Die Vermieterin war vor Ankunft und während des gesamten Aufenthalts für uns erreichbar und war super freundlich, hat alle Fragen super schnell beantwortet. Gerne kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder.

Nicht gefallen ist falsch gesagt, aber wir hätten uns über ein paar Wäscheklammern gefreut, weil es zeitweise sehr windig war. Das ist aber jammern auf hohen Niveau.

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal centro storico. Parcheggio riservato in box. Appartamento ben attrezzato e tranquillo. Host sempre disponibile e gentilissima.

Un consiglio, sostituire porta carta igienica e spazzolino water rovinato e portasapone in doccia.

Komfortables Wohnen am Rande der Brixener Altstadt, perfekter Ausgangspunkt für autofreien Urlaub

Die Wohnung liegt am Rand der Altstadt, komfortabel und gut mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen. Sie ist gut geschnitten und perfekt eingerichtet. Schlafen: Die Betten sind sehr gut, Kopfkissen fest, die Vorhänge dunkel. Wohnzimmer: das Sofa lässt sich gut umwandeln in eine komfortable Recamiere oder ein Zusatzbett. Die Terrasse ist geräumig und der Blick auf den Berg super. Die Wohnung war picobello sauber. Die Vermieterin hat sich rührend gekümmert und hatte für jede Frage schnell eine Antwort. Es war eine ausgesprochen freundliche und nette Kommunikation.

A proprietária Silvia sempre respondeu prontamente as nossas dúvidas. Muito gentil. Contato por Whatsapp. O apartamento fica no início da zona de pedestres de Bressanone. Ótima localização. Tem uma boa garagem no subsolo do prédio. O apartamento tem o conforto necessário. Minha filha, esposa e eu provavelmente retornaremos. Obrigado, Silvia.

A minha filha teve dificuldade para abrir o local onde estava a chave, no momento que chegamos. Ficamos um pouco tensos, pois já era noite e estava muito frio. Mas a Silvia nos atendeu pelo Whatsapp e deu tudo certo. Mas aconselhamos verificar aquela caixinha. Não é uma crítica, só um conselho.

Due giorni a Bressanone

Appartamento curato e posizione fantastica a 100m dall'area pedonale di Bressanone. Disponibile un garage al piano -2 con collegamento diretto in ascensore, comodità incredibile. Bello avere in dotazione una cassa bluetooth per ascoltare musica dal telefono. La proprietaria Silvia, cortese e gentile tramite scambio di msg WhatsApp.

Sarebbe da aggiungere un microonde, sopratutto per chi viaggia con bambini piccoli e delle prese in più vicino al letto senza la necessità di dover staccare la abat jour per caricare il telefono.

Wohlfühlen wie zu Hause

Die Vermieterin war von der Buchung an, ständig per WhatsApp erreichbar und hat jede Frage schnellstmöglich beantwortet. Die Wohnung war sauber, alles vorhanden und sehr zentral gelegen (Bäcker fußläufig, Tankstelle nebenan) Abends auf dem Balkon den Tag ausklingen lassen, haben wir sehr genossen. Auch unser Vierbeiner war willkommen und mit Fahrstuhl in die 3.Etage auch kein Problem. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Danke für alles.

...in der Dusche lief das Wasser schlecht ab...
